2 days after retuning from a 2 week vacation, went bonkers, charged twice , then wouldn't turn off. Now wint turn on or charge. Dead. Bought Aug 3 2024, died 11/25/24 Contacted vender and no response and naturally a 30 day warranty. Brush ar your own risk! Although When it worked it did do a fantastic job! UPDATED, 11/3/24......The seller sent me a new toothbrush which I appreciate, sadly I never heard our was able to speak to anyone. All I would get is the same email asking for the same information. So I will change my rating! The TB is a very good unit, does a great job I just Hope it runs longer this time. Thank you to the seller I'm revisiting the review, the company contacted me and said there is a 1 year replacement warranty. They ask for screenshots of the order, number on bottom of brush. A short video of what it does, mine does nothing. Wont charge , wont turn on, no lights....nothing. I've sent this information 3 times and all they do is keep sending emails asking for the same information. So to conclude buy at your own risk, terrible customer service or satisfaction. Bought another but a different brand and cutting these folks loose. Amen.

This toothbrush was fine, it was comparable to any other similar, generic sonic toothbrush. However my family has the fairywell brand brushes and the heads that fit them did not fit this brush so we returned it to avoid having to stock two different kinds of brush heads.

This toothbrush works well, but it is quite a bit longer than others. I’ve had like it. I hope that means the battery will hold up long-term. Otherwise, very nice brush that came with quite a few extra heads.

This toothbrush is fantastic for its price. It has 5 settings (the first 3 just vary in intensity and the last 2 do different pulse effects) and on a full charge it is quite powerful. The timer function is there... It is large; the wall holder it comes with it about the size of my hand for size reference. My teeth feel almost dentist clean after using it. For $17, it's the perfect toothbrush for me.

My dentist recommended this toothbrush. It did not disappoint. It's very powerful. So far I've order 3 for my family. I'm going to purchase more and give them as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Excellent price and you get your monies worth.
