It dissolves quickly and leaves no lumps. I like that it includes 5 types of collagen, in addition to biotin, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, keratin, seaweed and probiotics, all in one product. I feel that the appearance of my nails has improved and my skin looks more hydrated. I also notice better digestion, probably because of probiotics. It arrived with a strong seal on it. It’s about a half full container. I mixed 2 scoops with milk and some frozen blueberries, cherries and strawberries as well as some red beet powder (for blood circulation) and it came out to this really yummy frothy (think mousse) chocolate raspberry (from the beets) shake. I love it and it’s so healthy. I can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks. Getting older so I really want to start taking better care of myself. I’ll be very interested to see what this does for my hair, skin as well as my digestive system and bones. But it tastes great and about $30 less than Skinny fit Super Youth canister and it lasts 2 to 3 weeks longer so I’m really excited. UPDATE: It’s been over a month and I still have at least a week of scoops left. I’ve been using one scoop a day after getting chest pains with 2 scoops. ( I did google and excess collagen can cause heart issues) I’ve noticed thicker, more “ dewy” skin. I’ve also noticed it helps with weight loss (but I’ve also been walking) and I’m less hungry after taking it for breakfast. Not sure about hair growth as I’m growing out my hair anyway, but I felt increased energy and possibly promoted faster hair growth. I’ll keep updating as I’m planning on ordering more! Very much worth it!

I’m so happy to have found something that’s clean, effective, and actually tastes good. Also, it’s SO delicious! The Berry Mix flavor is my favorite. It’s sweet without being overpowering and feels super refreshing, no weird aftertaste or scary additives like some other brands I’ve tried. I notice that my skin, nails, and hair are actually getting better.
