Haven’t put it to work yet on our 22 Tahoe but it’s on and it fits and it looks awesome! My husband installed it relatively easily and is generally hard to please with this kind of thing and he only had two small complaints. 1) It doesn’t attach tightly on the inside, although it’s nice and snug across from the outsides so it’ll stay on just fine, he just feels it could’ve fit more snugly on the inside of the bracket. 2) His other complaint was about the screws being tougher to turn on one end than the others but truly, it didn’t affect the overall design it doesn’t sound.

I was initially hesitant to purchase this product due to its price being significantly lower than that of the Cadillac OEM rack. The more important question is, what justifies Cadillac's higher price? This product features a aluminum bar and solid cast mounts, making it very sturdy and easy to install. In the first order, there was a labeling error where three left mounts and one right mount were sent. The seller promptly took responsibility, advised me to return the entire rack, and quickly processed a new order. The replacement arrived within two days. I am very satisfied with the seller’s responsiveness.

Sturdy, does the job. Actually nicer than the ones that come with the trucks (this is my third truck, but first that did not come equipped with a factory installed roof rack). The reason it is more user friendly is it sits a bit higher once installed, thus easier to attach your storage containers. I installed two on mine (I have a Thule and a Yakima) and both had no problem to attach. Instructions are a little strange (translation from China?) but one can easily figure out with drawings. Need to work with a partner if possible so that you are both tightening the attachments equally as instructed, but possible to do on own.

I purchased a set of these for our full-size SUV. The bars were well packaged and there were no missing parts. I even got a few extra screws just in case one broke or got stripped (more on this later). The instructions are adequate and included some safety tips. The installation went pretty smoothly, and everything fit together pretty well. I only had two issues during the installation. The first was when my SUV mounting hole came loose from the track which left me unable to tighten or remove the screw (not the fault of this product). The second issue is with the quality of the screws provided; they are too easy to strip the head. A higher quality screw would be preferred for the screws which hold the brackets to the SUV. I may pick up a set from the hardware store once I figure out how to get the one out of mounting hole that came loose from the car rail. I do recommend this product.

Perfect fit on our 2016 Escalade ESV. Instructions were not terribly good but the install is not that complicated. I did it on my own, used a couple of towels to keep the ends from scratching the roof. Great value for money. Used it to drive to the mountains to go skiing, works perfectly.

I'm fairly certain I could have installed these without any instructions. Very straight forward. The nuts are size #10, in metric, but the allen is 1/8". They provide tools for each, just nice to know for everyone who prefers ratchet drivers and power tools. Very sturdy, meets expectations. I think I'm going to purchase another set so I have four crossbars. Just for extra points to tie long items down; ladders, wood boards, plywood, etc... Be careful tightening the #10 nuts to the tightening bolts. The bolts are welded to the "arm clamp." It makes them susceptible to breaking off if you overtighten with a power tool... which is what I did. The nice thing is, they send an extra "arm clamp" and screws/nuts with the original! I'm going to replace that piece tonight. Highly recommend and again, probably going to buy a second set for the same vehicle.

The cross bars fit perfectly on a 2023 Chevy Tahoe. The installation instructions were very straight forward. I had an issue when removing the cross bars that I've contacted the seller about. If that gets resolved this will definitely be a 5 star review. Update - the Seller provided great customer support and resolved by earlier issue! The product is great!

These were easy to put once we got them loosened. We had to fight with it a little to loosen clamps.

Good quality and easy to install. Easy for our Thule to connect to on our 2018 Tahoe.
