Review: Not just good but really, really good. - I own and drive a classic MK11 Jaguar which is my pride and joy (sad I know) the view when reversing isn't great in fact it is awful. A big car and a small rear window and old bones don't help. Hence the reason I bought this. I didn't want to replace the drivers mirror so I went for this model which clips over the existing one. The kit was easy enough to fit and as it is Wireless there are no long lengths of wires to hide either. The image is really good and very clear. Although it does drop off at night of course it is still good enough. The only problem I had when fitting it was the image was upside down which was my fault and soon put right. Works really well I am impressed and it takes a lot to impress me.

A: Hardwire the camera to the back of the car, and plug in the mirror to the cigarette port.

**Q: Hello, I have a skoda Octavia 2007 I read somewhere that european car need a capacitor to be connected to the cam, is that true ?**
A: I can only say from looking and reading the instructions with this item that I cannot see any reason why it would not work on your car. All you do is plug it into the socket for either a lighter or what ever, attach cable , fix rear camera then away you go. But as I said I can only tell you what I read ok.

**Q: Does the rear view camera do reverse parking and also continuous rear view recording or just reverse parking aid**
A: Just reverse parking. The camera/screen takes power from the reversing lights and is only on when reversing. There is no recording function.

A nice bit of kit, as excellent picture quality especially at night. Easy to install and use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Fairly easy to install, image is NOT high definition though

Installed this into my wife's Ford KA (MK2). Fitted the camera just above the number plate and drilled a small hole to pass the cable through to the other side of the bumper. The camera cable was then brought through an existing grommet into the car and then along to the left hand side where the transmitter is mounted. Spliced into reverse light live in the wiring loom behind a bit of carpet trim and grounded to the body. Excess cable coiled up neat. The screen was hardwired into the fuse box behind the glove box (items for this not included in the kit and bought separately). The system works ok but it is NOT a high definition picture, the advert is outright misleading in this respect. Also the image is a bit overexposed but otherwise this product should help out when reversing.
