Ordered as part of a set of tools for another job site location. Amazing! Flex's 24V tools are powerful, rugged, and battery recharge time is rapid. Better than my set of 20V DeWalt tools. Definitely recommend! Will be ordering more.

Great drill, I'm a pool guy, we used it to drill 24 holes to mount new auto cover track. Did the hole job on both batteries without having to recharge.

I had never heard of the brand before coming across it here, and I was a bit hesitant since I had heard no one mention it. But man was I wrong to be hesitant? Absolutely yes. It performs exceptionally well, and the battery holds its charge remarkably well. I have used it many times for many different levels of projects, but haven't needed to charge for one yet. I am actively looking for discounts and campaigns to purchase other tools that I need or may need. The turbo mode is the best especially if you have cinderblocks and masonry that are being stubborn. The only negative thing I must admit is its weight. With the weight of the tool and the battery, it can be tiring to use it for long periods of time, but I don't think you can find a lighter version with the same performance. This is definitely designed for professionals and homeowners with brick walls. I can easily say that if you only have drywall, you don't need such a beast.

Met my expectations. Fantastic set.

First off, I am impressed by this drill. The speed and power is incredible, not to mention it is also feature rich with anti-kickback so all that power doesn't go into your wrist. I do wish this had an electric clutch but the mechanical clutch works fine there just the hammer setting works great I do believe it's faster than most other major brands at least in that area this drill also has a turbo button like come on who doesn't like a turbo button it's amazing and it also pushes it to 2500 rpms which for a drill is rather impressive I was able to drive 10 in 5/16 lags in speed 2. I really don't have anything negative to say I will point out some people may not like the weight it is on the heavy side but I believe when you feel the build quality you'll understand why also I will say the trigger is not the best it doesn't feel as responsive as say a dewalt but other then that a great drill.

Solidly made and easy to use. Drilled masonry almost effortlessly using the hammer drill setting. The secondary handle works well for steadying the drill. A bit heavy, compared to my regular (Makita) drill, but that's a good thing in a hammer drill, where the extra mass helps keep the bit in contact with the workpiece. Very good power and life from the supplied 6 Ah battery. The basic, 5 year warranty seems good & it's nice to have the extended warranty (so long as you register it in time with Flex Tools).

Couldn't find charger that support 240AC around

It is a fine piece of kit if you can get it to work. It is sturdy and well-built but 24v batteries aren't available in UAE. Batteries are only found in North America (Amazon.com) and can't be delivered to the Middle East. Chargers are only 110-120v (No 220v-240v support) so you will have to procure your step-down transformer if you are in UAE to use them. You should have your batteries and charger before buying this thing. No authorized dealers I know of in UAE. What a shame.
