I am so happy with this chair! I needed a comfortable office chair that I could use several hours at a time, and it had to do double-duty as my guitar chair. This is everything I wanted: adjustable height, adjustable lumbar support, padded arms that can flip up and out of the way, comfortable padding on arms and seat, it rolls, can tilt a little...it's perfect for my needs. The materials seem sturdy and it was easy to assemble. That's saying a lot because I am mechanically challenged. All of this at a very affordable price! I highly recommend this chair!!

This chair is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I really like the lumbar support, which my previous chairs did not have. The chair is relatively heavy, due to the heavy duty parts. It is a tiny bit wobbly when raised to full height but not enough to be bothersome. The seat is wider than other chairs I have had. I think it would be hard to find a better one for $100.

Great chair and great company. I've gotten heavy use out of it for 6 months and am very happy with it. I am a medical student and spend a lot of time sitting and studying. I like that the arms flip up because my room is small and most arm chairs don't fit under my desk because the arms are too tall so my old chair used to take up a lot of room but now I can push this one in under my desk and out the way. The seat is also very comfy. No sore butt after a day of sitting and the cushion is holding up really well. My old chair's cushion was completely flattened and I could feel the metal plate underneath it after just a couple months in med school. The lumbar support is nice too. It adjusts quite a bit. I like that you can adjust the tilt resistance. Works smooth, I like to kick my feet up at my desk occasionally and lean back and don't feel like I'm gonna fall back with this chair. Company is also very nice and cares about their customers. I had a wheel issue and they sent me all new wheels for free. I'd say my only complaint is the chair is a smidge too tall for me, but it's more a me problem. Being 5'2", tis the story of my life and most chairs are like that for me. I just can't put my feet completely flat on the floor while sitting all the way back, even with the seat height on the lowest setting. I can if I'm wearing sneakers tho.

My desk has a low drawer for the keyboard and this chair's adjustable height is perfect. Lots of elbow room with the armrests up and good support when rising. Instructions are superb and the allen wrench has a handle making it easy to assemble. All parts are nicely made and the seat is comfortable and generous. The lumbar support adjusts and is very comfortable. Mine sits on a plastic mat above carpet and it moves easily. Light enough for me to assemble myself. Make sure to keep the box as you will use it to help assemble the chair.

The package arrived with a damaged box, and the item had a few small scratches on it. Thankfully, the product is fine and does what it’s supposed to do. However, the packaging could definitely be improved to prevent damage during delivery. I hope the seller takes more care with packing in the future.
