This is a great choice for breakfast on the run. I make mine every night, stash it in the fridge overnight, and then take it to work in the morning to enjoy at my desk. I make mine with half milk and half vanilla protein drink to increase the protein content even more. There is not a bad flavor. I love them all. At this point, the only bad thing about it is that I have anxiety about running out of it! You can’t go wrong with this one. It’s pricy, but worth the investment in your health.

I really wanted to like this, but sadly, I didn't really find a flavor that would make me come back to this, especially for price. They were mostly fine, but none of them were great and almost every single one was way too sweet. For me it was like trying to drink the sugar sludge left after a bowl of overly sugared cereal. If that's your thing, then you might like it.

The product is delicious and easy to prepare. It is filling so you don't have a bacon and egg hero with it to feel satisfied.

It superbly provides protein and carbs!
