Works perfectly and is very compact.
100% worth it, considering this is the price of one amiibo, if you want to use amiibo for the amiibo functionality I would definitely get this. The product itself doesn’t feel cheap at all, and it’s very compact and easy to fit in travel cases. The user experience is a little weird at first, but you get used to it relatively quickly.

As described and works fine.
I got the Flashmiibo Pro OLED. The version delivered is actually the Pro 2 (second generation). It is the only Pro version being shipped via Amazon at this writing. It is easy to tell the second from the first generation as the second generation has 3 buttons on it. Let me tell you, those buttons make the unit far easier to navigate than previous iterations. In my experience here are the pros and cons. Pros: I have limited brain capacity due to COVID. I was still able to get it set up with the help of the discord community. I think I read the very thorough instructions 20 times or more. I watched the couple of videos available and still needed the community. If you are of even half a brane you can probably figure this out on your own. I certainly would have been able to do it pre COVID. Yes, this is a Pro comment as the community really shined and was very patient with me. When the unit ships, the package was plenty sturdy to protect this tiny unit. The OLED screen is fantastic, especially when you think about other versions having no such thing as several lines of text in the menus. So far I am only using mine for Tears of the Kingdom. I bought the card set for about the price of one amiibo and got them all, BUT, they are so tiny they will be very easy to lose some. Not so with this unit. It is very small, but plenty large to not get lost easily. I don't remember exactly how many amiibos are out there for all the games, but this unit has plenty of room in it for thousands of them. There can only be up to 100 per list, but as far as I can tell, there are unlimited lists and it is easy to set them up and to use them. It is all in the instructions. I keep mentioning the instructions. They are not included in the package. There are instructions for downloading them from online. It was easy and the print was easier for me to see anyway. The poor ratings you might find for the lanyard that comes with it problem certainly didn't apply to my unit. The lanyard is securely placed and it sure doesn't look like I am ever going to have any problem with it. I believe the unit was designed in the USA, built in China for them and shipped to the USA for distribution. When you order from Amazon it is delivered quickly. My older laptop had no problem at all connecting via bluetooth. You can use this device with PC, iPhone, or Android. I think Mac, too. Cons: It is a little small. If you have clumsy fingers, you will have to be careful to hit the right buttons. Still, it is far better than other styles of similar product. I didn't try, but you might get 8 of these in a cigarette pack. I think they are difficult to find in the UK and maybe a little pricier. They are working on this. The unit will not communicate with your PC or smart phone via the included USB cable. It is for charging. Bluetooth is fairly self explanatory if you just follow the prompts for your device. Overall, am I happy with this purchase? I am thrilled. It is working perfectly and sure makes playing my Switch more fun.

It is good, and almost great.
4 Stars, but honestly it is nearly 5 stars. Came charged up, loaded with amiibos, and ready to roll. If all you want is to somehow use amiibos, this is a great option. My one star removal is simply for a few very minor issues that won't really affect most people. I did not scan through this with a fine comb, but I would say there are over 800 amiibos preloaded and I think that fits with the total amount of amiibos that exist. Like 600 of those are animal crossing amiibos lol. Here are a few of the negatives: After constant amiibo usage for a few minutes, returning to the file list from the amiibo scanning will cause the unit to shut off. It is a VERY minor inconvenience, it starts back up instantly and you can simply navigate back to the file list quickly. No USB data management, all data management is done through bluetooth, so your phone or a PC with bluetooth capability is necessary to alter or adjust files easily. Not only is bluetooth the only method, you actually need to use their web tool to add/alter files and it has restrictions. For example, you can't just MOVE files and you must delete+reupload to move things around. I don't play most of the games these amiibos are for, and mostly got it for BoTW/TotK so I wanted to condense folders so I could just constantly use amiibos with a single button push. Ultimately, I just reuploaded everything into just 6 folders, plus animal crossing's six folders. I'm not sure if 100 files per folder is an actual limit, but 100 amiibos is about as far as I can go without wanting to stop for a few minutes, and some of their folders already sat at the 100 mark so I just went with that. So far, I've been able to upload all the amiibo data a second time in a new folder with fewer file splits and it still has space to spare for more, so that much is nice. In order to upload new amiibo data or update firmware they do have tutorials on their website in google chrome specifically, but as I said bluetooth is required. You don't fully pair the device with bluetooth though, you go to their website and protools.flashiibo site and it has a "connect" button, you sorta connect the device to that specific website in google chrome. I'm no expert, but I nearly missed this and was frustrated. When I noticed the connect button everything made sense and worked perfectly, but it is a little cumbersome to manage the files.

Works great, simple to use, highly recommend
Tl;dr - works great, simple enough for anyone to figure out how to operate and utilize it to its fullest with a few extra easy steps, tho a youtube or google searched tutorial makes this even simpler. Ill admit i havent given it a thorough testing, but im not exactly computer savvy so i dont care about anything other than, 'does it work?' And 'can i figure out how to work it?' So far, its worked just fine, its got all the cards, and amiibos out cyrrently available from the website/app, and its simple enough that i was able to figure it out, update the firmware, and download more amiibos, and change the settings to allow repeat use of the same amiibo. All in all id highly recommend for anyone wanting to use their amiibos on the go without carrying a duffel bag full of cards and figurines or if gou dont want to spend hundreds of dollars or more to get all the amiibos available.

Best gift to myself ever!
I play Animal Crossing very regularly, and wanted access to the new Legend of Zelda and Splatoon collab items coming to the game with the 3.0 update (as well as the library of Animal Crossing amiibo, of course.) Works great, and a fantastic price for all the amiibo most Nintendo fans would ever need in one place!

Works and is super easy to use!
Works and is super easy to use! I had my doubts about this magic device but it works great. Has lots of pre downloaded amibos lets you download your own and works flawlessly, worth it 100%

I like it, mostly works but you have to pay more to use it
My biggest issue is that you still have to BUY the app after you BUY the product. Shouldn't use of the app be included with purchase? It's giving.. scam, in my opinion. You can still technically use the app, but you can only scan 5 amiibo's per day, and you have to watch 2 advertisements between each. So the process of adding your daily 5 amiibos takes about 30 minutes which is absolutely outrageous when the product isn't like, dirt cheap to begin with. This is a big issue for me, unless I am missing something and there's a way to get it for "free" (INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE I ALREADY MADE)? So that's one star reduced, really it should be 2 (I find it that irritating). Note that you can use other apps in addition to theirs, it doesn't have to be theirs.. IE, I used "AmiiBoss" instead, which I recommend. You only have to sit through 1 advertisement, and the advertisement is shorter than even 1 of the advertisements on Tagmiibo. Also, they don't limit you to 5 scans per day, you can do as many as you're willing to sit through the ads for. TLDR: Use the AmiiBoss instead (at least on iPhone). My other complaints are a few use issues - for 1, I changed the setting "Tag UID" ON, which allows me to repeatedly use the same amiibo if desired (versus typically being limited to a single use per day). That feature is really nice, but I had a few issues with it. It seems like whenever I switch between amiibo's, I get an error that "this amiibo has already been used today" on the first scan. It isn't the end of the world, but it's inconvenient. Also, because of this error, I had to reset my settings entirely. One of the amiibos would NOT regenerate, even when I restarted the device and tried toggling the UID setting. Fortunately resetting the settings back to factory fixed it (and did not erase my amiibos) but still, just a little inconvenient. The process of setting it up is fairly easy though it doesn't come with instructions in or on the box, but it's exactly the same as if you were scanning an NFC 215 card/chip. I didn't find the instructions on their website to really be that helpful, but I just looked up a youtube video on how to scan the regular NFC tags (again, process is exactly the same). Oh, yeah. Almost forgot. Tempted to remove another star but I feel like the product functionally works decently well so I won't... but when I was removing the film... the film was just a little TOO secure. It literally pulled off the screen entirely. I was a little displeased, luckily I was able to pop it back on .. I am hoping it doesn't continue falling off as a result, though. I swear the film was like... ADHERED onto the screen. If I knew it would do that, I'd have just left the film on. Not worth. Overall this is a good product, and it ends up being cheaper than buying the NFC tags if you're going to make or use a lot of them. Sucks you have to also pay for the app. Use AmiiBoss! (not affiliated, just annoyed).
