I had to stop taking Thorne's Basic B complex because I developed neuropathy from excessive B6. Now I have to take individual B vitamins to avoid B6. I like that Life Extension at least has Folate and B12 together, both methylated. I also like that the B12 is 300mcg. Thorne had 400mcg. That left my levels too high, so the 300mcg is a good switch! I also love how affordable Life Extension is most of the time. This is over a 3-month supply for a reasonable price, which is especially handy if you're buying multiple different individual B vitamins. I like it. Also, the capsules are tiny, which is nice.

I took this to help with RLS, and just general lack of energy. I was very surprised on how well it worked. The pills are very small and easy to take.

My doctor had informed me that Vit. B can help with nerve issues in the body. I was experiencing a burning sensation in my toe nail after an injury that would not let up. She also told me to pick a B vitamin that included Folate. This was a great choice. The product is very easy to take, as the pill capsule is small and easy to take. There has been no after taste for me, and I can happily report a great improvement in not only my nerve issue, but my overall health. Very happy with this specific brand, and highly recommend it. Ive taken a lot of activated b 12 and this works well. Effects felt sooner than later..plus my blood test showed an increase, i am also able to take it on an empty stomach.
