Watch looks much more expensive than you would expect. I put on a better band and it is quite good looking. It keeps time very well also.

Great watch!

This watch has been dependable and sturdy for the 3 months that I've owned it. The lack of a 2nd hand is no handicap, though the burnished gold for the hands and hour markers is too muted--especially in front of the shining iridescent blue background--for quick and easy readings of the time. For the same price a Burei watch--with bright gold hands and markers against a flat black background--permits me to see the time at a glance--especially useful when awakening between 12am and 6am. Compared to a year or two ago, I'm not seeing as many watches in the $5 range--prices that made battery replacement cost-inefficient if not impractical. This one has a price point that discourages either discarding it or taking it to a jeweler when the battery requires replacement. Consider it a good excuse to learn how to replace watch batteries and to become environmentally responsible.

The dark blue dial with the gold casing and hands looks sharp and eye catchy. The leather strap feels nice and thick enough but the length felt short for me, my wrist is about 6 inches in diameter. The back of the case though has scratches on the steel casing and looks real cheap. The packaging is okay but maybe a little lacking (cheap) for a gift - check pictures. For $20ish it's still a great value. Can't comment yet on the long term durability.

The watch face is more of a muted gray-blue than the vivid blue shown in the product photos. This makes the contrast with the watch hands less than ideal. The color is *very* different from what I expected, which is why I'm only rating 3/5. The seller's response on the question about being able to swap the watch band was accurate though. I thought I might have to destroy the leather band to get it off, but I was able to push the leather it sideways and pop out the pin relatively easily. I prefer the feel and look of steel mesh, and the $7 replacement mesh band (20mm) that I ordered on Amazon at the same time is a great fit.

I have purchased 4 of the Infantry brand watches in the last year or so. I am very hard on watches (construction) and these watches are tough , resistant to water (never actually placed underwater for any period of time) and dependable. They are well made, look great and they manufacture these watches for all occasion. I liker the slim design and clean look on this latest purchase of the Ultra thin dress casual. I encourage you to try one of their many styles. I do not think you'll be disappointed.

I was looking for a blue dial watch, and this one here decently surprised me as soon as I opened the package. The watch is very slim, and the time is easy to read. Watch case is solid with great polishing. I was surprised that the watch strap is actually very soft and nicely stitched! Apparently it is authentic leather! Did not expect the quality could be this high for the low price I paid - the product pictures on Amazon don’t do this watch justice! Very happy with the purchase and would recommend the MDC watch to anyone.

The watch is very fashionable. It has a sleek expensive look. I am very happy with it.
