Q: Can this be used to reglaze an RV motorhome window?

This is not a glazing compound, it is sealant that is to be used underneath RV trim or between aluminum windows and the skin of the RV. It can't be beat for it's intended purpose.

Q: Would it work instead of caulk to reseal side-body seams on a motorhome or is it only meant to seal two surfaces together?

I believe it's purpose is to prevent anything from getting between two surfaces. It's used in between window frames and body frame of a motor home to keep water from seeping in. We redid all our window frames using this, then taping with eternabond tape around the window frame edges. The side seams were sealed using the eternabond tape also. We ran it from the back bottom side seam up the side, over the top and down the front side seam. One continuous taping. A pain in the butt to do, but those seams will not leak.

Q: Could this be used on a cook top stove to secure some trim? It gets semi hot, oils and cleaners on it. Nothing I have tried has held long.

This is sealant not an adhesive . You are better off using a high temp silicone rubber.

Q: Would this butyl tape be good for sealing between asphalt roof singles and an aluminum ridge vent?

My brother reports that he used this excellent tape primarily for metal surfaces indoors, and is unsure about how it would bond to the asphalt shingle outside. He recommends if one did try it on the asphalt shingle, (to which he suspects might not bond well) it would be very important to clear the surface of all dust and dirt before trying. Metal to metal he 's sure it works really well, asphalt not sure.
