### ⭐ Vidan Supervisor Amazon - Rude Person. No Support.

The quality of the unit is not good; it always gives an error every time you scan multiple pages. The unit is hanging. I called Amazon customer support to assist me with this issue, but I encountered a rude supervisor, Vidan. I can't believe he just suggest to me to fix my printer in the local market, rather than to assist me contact the supplier.
