Good sound dampening foam, is sturdy and cancels out a good amount of echo inside a room.When received, the foam look squished because of the way it was packaged but they took to their original size in an hour or soOverall: go for it if you want to cancel echo and reverb in your room, but if you want to cancel sound you need a lot more than 6 panels

There was no instruction as to how to use it. There was no glue or anything and I could put it together with anything I had. So it’s lying waste at home.
