Very Good.....and very expensive, as you can see. I have now tried the Plus 20 and 24(this one) I am going back to the plus 20 from the same company as it is $100 cheaper in the same size, only one tier down. I eat one spoonful a day, even when healthy as part of my morning routine. I think if you were really sick maybe it might be worth it, but not for internal daily maintenance use. I also purchased the small plus 28 for external use only, but it does taste good too, even more money per gram than this one.

If someone starts to get a sore throat or start feeling like they’re getting a cold and sick, take a teaspoon of this honey once or twice a day and I find that I do not get sick honey is an antibiotic and this is a very strong honey as an antibiotic!
