It's headliner material. Looks OEM. Came folded, which left creases. They say to iron it out on low temp, but that didn't work. I installed in myself, and should have had another person to help keep it stretched to deal with the wrinkles. All in all, it is a good product and looks nice. Price was good. My headliner no longer hangs on my head like a deflated parachute.

As expected the fabric was delivered folded up. Lots of creases and folds but after steaming with a hand held steamer the wrinkles came out within a matter of minutes. Used to replace the sagging headliner on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Easy to work with and very pleased with the results
