I love these insulated tumblers! I like them so much that I had to get another pair to keep in the RV. They are good quality and really keep liquids cold for hours and hours. I've keep ice in my cup (even after refills of not terribly cold water) for over 12 hours in 100-degree-plus heat. They are durable and rugged, don't leak (unless you turn 'em upside down) and are huge. The perfect super-tanker for day log work or play. Metal straws are nice and the included ribber tips and extra gaskets for the top are a nice touch. BTW... the first one that has seen daily use for over a year daily is still on it's original gasket! So the spares should keep this viable for years to come. It also laser engraves nicely. Overall I think this is a great value for the money. I wouldn't waste money on some of the big-name cooler guys (you know who I talking about). These are just as good, maybe better for less than half the price.

This is a great cup, works as expected, and keeps things cold for a very long time. My daughter liked mine so much she wanted one herself and picked a darker color one. It also works great. She has been drinking crystal light from hers everyday, sometimes she drinks two whole cups a day. Her consumption of soda and capri sun have gone way down as she now prefers having the cold crystal light water instead. I am surprised by how much water she is drinking now versus other drinks. I like the skid proof bottom as it’s stays put and doesn’t have a rough bottom that will scratch furniture. Seals well and doesn’t not sweat, so no droplets of water to deal with. All round a great buy hat fit my need.of straw, lid, wide bottom, sturdy handle. The skid proof bottom is what made me choose this one versus the other three I was considering.

This is an excellent mug. It keeps beverages very cold. It comes with two straws, metal and a cleaning brush and four tips to put on the straws. It also has two extra rings. If you have arthuritis in your hands or weak, for some reason, you will have to get someone to help you open it. The seal is very tight. The only two things that I have found wrong is the plastick piece that comes down over the drinking part. Is very loose and the little rubber stopper That closes the straw hole does not look like it. Will wear well..

I really does keep hot things hot and cold things cold!! For hours! Really, 8 hours after you pour it, your coffee is still hot enough to be enjoyable. If I had to keep it hotter longer, I would use the tea-pot trick of flushing the cup with super hot water before pouring the coffee in. That pre-heats the steel and you do not loose even a bit of heat. Caution, if you want to drink your coffee within an hour or so, you will have to open the lid and wait for it to get cool enough not to burn your tongue! Plastic lid or not, it really does keep in the hot or keep the water cold enough not to melt the ice cubes for hours! And the lid will absolutely not leak. So no dribbling down the sides when you take sip. I like it that this model is sturdy on its feet, because my desk can become a highway for my cats, walking back and forth. This cup is not at all tippable. Bummer! second to the last day it is returnable, the lid broke. The entire middle section just fell apart when i pushed the straw tab closed. It was probably cracked without me realizing it, because it annoyed me that the straw tab would keep popping in...all the way in. So the cap must have been defective from the start. I have NEVER seen this happen before! So don't expect trouble, just take a quick check before using it. Second update: Bought a second cup because I have to wait till the 16-27 to get my replacement lid. I am already hooked on HOT coffee! Well, the third day of using the cup, a chip came off the clear plastic lid. Unfortunately, it is the part that holds one half of the black flap on. i contacted the company again, suggesting that they got a bum load of the lids. They returned with "we have sole over 2000 of these and had no similar problems". So, my solution is to buy a set of 2 lids from another company that will fit this one. (MEZMUT 20oz Tumbler Replacement Lids, 2 Pack) At least they are supposed to. If they do not, I will come right back tonight and amend this report. I still love the cup and it is worth the cost of extra lids ($7.01 inc. tax) to have this for my morning brew. Lid size: Look for lids that are 8mm or 3 1/8" (or 3.15") for the inside rim of the cup. The 20 oz size really does fit this cup.
