Great Quality
I was looking for a relatively inexpensive ale yeast to start making mead and ended up buying North Mountain Supply and I've been very happy with it. Beer yeast
I've been homebrewing for 24 years now. Safeale 05 is a great dry yeast that is clean and neutral. It accentuates Hops and malt and dosen't add any yeast characteristics to the beer. Just perfect for American style IPA, Pale Ale, Reds, Blonde, Porter and Stout and many more. Very convenient ordering online and saving a trip to your local homebrew shop when its a long trip.
