Really love these high quality "activated" sprouted pumpkin seeds. They come in a resealable bag so they are always fresh. They are hard to put down once you start eating them. They have the perfect amount of Himalayan Pink Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They also are now confirmed by blood test to have helped me get my prostate protein score back down to normal levels.

These pumpkin seeds are very enjoyable. I've ordered them several times because the taste is excellent and pumpkin seeds are a great snack. The only issue with them is the price--high, even for these times.

Delicious, as long as you don’t mind the taste of olive oil which is slight but still noticeable. I had previously purchased plain pumpkin seeds and there is a definite difference between the two, you can tell right away that they are going to be so much easier to digest because they are sprouted(which just means soaked in water)making them more bioavailable. I add them to salads and wraps and banana loaf, so many uses and just eat a handful at a time.

These are really tasty and I continue to purchase but I find they put too much salt. Near the end, I find there is so much salt that I have to use a strainer to remove excess salt. I wish they would cut back on salt.

The BEST SPROUTED and ACTIVATED pumpkin seeds! Been looking for a product exactly like this. I did some research on activating the seeds and this is the only product out there that I can find who offers both activation and sprouted. And they taste Awesome!! They have a light delicate flavour, not the tough bitter seeds from non sprouted. I find it hard to digest regular larger pumpkin seeds but these are so delicious and crisp. Highly recommend.
