Best Naturals Astragalus Capsule, 1000 mg, 120 Count

This is the sweet spot in terms of dosage for most people. The capsules are easy to swallow and are the lightest pills of this size (typical capsule) I’ve ever had. It will take months to convince me of their health benefits but after a month or so, the results are positive.

I have taken these for years in the past for beefing up my immune system after having Cytomegalovirus. I ended up with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and had sore throats etc for years. I finally checked into which herbs to take and was told to take Olive leaf, astragalus and pine bark. I did not try the pine bark, but the other two made my immune system great. I did not have a cold or any kind of contagious disease for nearly 20 years even though I had eventually stopped taking the herbs. Then I went to work part time in a drug store and got a flu shot due to all the sick people and immediately got sick. Over the next year I also got bronchitis twice. I stopped working there and my health improved. With the new virus out there I have started taking the herbs again to be sure since I do not know where my immune system is. These are easy to take and seem fresh,

Astragalus is one of the best individual immune system support products on the market. It doesn’t fight colds or the flu, it helps your immune system function at its best so it can then fight. If I get a cold or flu, I immediately start taking Astragalus. I usually take this along with Defense Plus, a multi ingredient immune booster, but I’ve found that it doesn’t have enough of each ingredient to really bolster my immune system unless I’m using it before I get a cold etc. If you want to help knock out that cold or flu, this is the place to start. Be sure to read the directions and do not take Astragalus longer than 2 weeks without taking a 2 week break.

This seems to be a nice product. It was shipped in a bigger box with a chemical that I ordered. The chemical leaked and got on this container. It did not appear to contaminate the product, just unable to remove the chemical. So, good quick shipping and appears to be a good product. Could have shipped it so that the water glass did not leak all over it.
