I love this backdrop. I wanted something more practicable to transport and require less of a footprint than the traditional 9 foot paper backdrops. Plus I like choice of colored patterns that these backdrops offer. And these backdrops are far less expensive than the paper, especially when compare to the cost of shipping some companies charge. It does come folded in a way that produces sharp ridge lines. But after steaming it and after hanging it up for the photo I barely saw any folds. I’ll definitely consider other colors

5x7 Aqua Backdrop.As a photographer that is trying to stay within budget, I knew this backdrop would be a gamble.It arrived with some gnarly fold lines. I read in a reviewers post once that they put their backdrop in the dryer with a damp towel to help get out wrinkles. That is what I did. I had to run it through the dryer like this twice. There were still some mild fold lines but not very noticeable in the actual photos. Doing this was also a gamble, but I did not want to spend my day ironing (I don't have a fabric steamer).Image 1 : Is taken with my phone camera in my rooms regular lighting, including daylight. In person it looks pretty bad. Nothing like the product images. Very gray and very muddy looking with giant patches of weird repeated pattern. The phone photos is pretty true to what it looks like in person.Image 2 : Is with a flashed strobe based photo studio light and with my regular camera. It looks okay. And it does okay for black and white photography as well. Again, using a flashing photography light.Image 3 : Is their own product description photo.Overall I think their product description image is more colorful/bright/saturated. And while I do think I could use an editing software to pull out those colors and saturation, I should not HAVE to. The backdrop should look like their product images for the purpose intended. What I mean by that is, it is a photography backdrop so in photography light set ups (which can include daylight) it should look like the product image. If you want to go above and beyond and make it pop using software from there that should be a personal choice.So I am torn on how to rate this. It is NOT as vibrant as I wanted or expected. It will work enough for me. If I had spent more money and gotten a larger one and this was the turn out I might be more miffed that the color and depth was not the same as advertised. But as I mentioned, it will work enough for me.

This worked great for our needs! It did come with lines from being folded, so ran it in the dryer with a slightly damp towel for a few minutes, and the wrinkles came right out.

The material is super thin. It’s like a low quality bed sheet. The color is pretty though. I use it for eBay and the other one I have is more fleece like material and I am able to stick clothes to it to photograph. This is unable to do that.
