I like quality and it doing great. I am a long distance driver and it helps get rid back pain. Cool!

Works great, my back has never felt better. The unknown, is how long it will last. My only complaint is that it has a timer function. I'd prefer to have it on indefinitely and let me turn it off when I want.

This seat cushion was maybe the best thing I purchased all year. I have a long commute and it became my favorite thing I didn't know I needed. I purchased early August and by mid October, one of the lumbar sections had stopped inflating correctly. Everything else works great but I paid for all of it! I was recovering from surgery and unable to remove it from my car and inspect until now (mid December). I was able to unzip the section where the pumps are located and everything seems fine. I can't find access to the rest of the seat to inspect the rest of the tubing. So instead I try to find customer support. I went to the website on the back of the product manual only to find it does not exist. I emailed the company at the listed email but that bounced back. Disappointed in the inaccurate company and support information. Hopefully I can get a replacement through Amazon as this company does not seem to actually exist.

The massager looks nice and fits well in my car and office chair. The massage itself feels good and helps with tension, but the seat is uncomfortable if you’re just sitting on it without using the massage. Also, the remote feels cheap compared to the rest of the build. Overall, good idea but not something I’d want on my seat all the time.

This is definitely a luxury item cause the price tag is ridiculous. I made this large purchase because I imagined it would make a 14 hour long road trip easier on me and my father. Personally after the first 1-2 massage cycles I didn’t feel it did anything for my back and the pain I feel after driving for extended periods of time…but I don’t think anything will truly relieve that…so I’m giving 5 stars cause it is so so much better than any other vibrating massage attachment I’ve tried. And my father absolutely loved it— I let him keep it as birthday present.

This seat massager was a game changer for me. I drove over 600 miles to visit my grandkids and never got stiff or uncomfortable in my seat. The cover sits you up higher in the seat and keeps your back and hips in a proper position. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from back issues or just doesn't want to get stiff on a long drive. I suffer from both issues and was thrilled with this cover. It is comfortable to sit on even when it isn't running as it uses air baffle technology and not solid roller balls.

Was great for the first few months when I first got it I would use it everyday. Was nice that you could sit on it Comfortably with it being off. They one day it just stopped working. Tried a new cord but no such luck. What a shame
