This is the best and perfect guard available online
I have purchased a lot of abdomen guards but none of them were perfect except this. This has ventilation holes and the needed curve and hence it offers the full protection and it is also of perfect size for adults. It is washable as the cushion is not made up of foam but rubber (unlike rubber, foam it tends to absorb moisture and leave a bad smell as it can never be fully dried once washed). Hence, this is the best guard available at this price.But the product I had received was a little dirty with some stains and I have to wash it and then it looked fine.
