I've no idea about the product but the seller is annoying
When you buy a supplement which is intended to help over a long period (and which only cost £7 in te first place) its really annoying for the seller to keep chasing for immediate feedback. As I say, I have no idea if the product is working, but the seller is a real pain in the arse.

Does what it says on the tin! Muscles not so sore after workout!
Trying this for the first time! Don't like milk so mixed it into a yogurt the first day and my porridge the following day. It was tasteless and mixed in well. I felt that my muscles were not a sore and achy as they normally are after my tough fitness classes! Impressed!
