Super nice tricep rope! Longer than standard ropes,feels great and soft and feels like it will last. For the price you just can beat it definitely a must have for home gyms.

Very nice rope. Great upgrade if you have the stiff rope included in most gym equipment. Longer and softer, no more sore pinkies either..

The longer rope allows extended range of motion when performing bicep & tricep exercises, unlike the shorter rope attachments available at my local weight training facility. The rope also allows you to load free weight plates for performing unattached pulling exercises.

Glad the rope is soft to the touch. I wish they had a longer version as well. But this is great!

I appreciate the appealing white appearance and soft feel of this tricep rope. Its length and distinct grip style add versatility, making it easier for me to perform cable rows and face pulls compared to a classic tricep rope. While the build quality is acceptable given the $20 price point, there are a few issues that could be addressed to enhance the product. Firstly, the metal ring has relatively sharp edges, hindering the rope’s free movement through the hole. I’ve observed that the left and right handles aren’t always equal, and adjusting them isn’t consistently smooth, as the rope tends to get stuck inside the metal part. Rounded and smoother edges on the metal ring could help the rope naturally center itself under load. The second issue is that I’ve noticed a few threads separating after only 2-3 uses in a home gym. If used in a more commercial setting, I doubt it would last more than a couple of months without becoming visibly torn, likely around the metal ring.
