I've only been taking it for two days so far, but it seems to be working well. Listen when they say to have a toilet nearby in the reviews once you take it the first time until your body gets used to it. I'm very skeptical about this sort of thing but it seems to be working well so far; I do feel lighter and like my digestive track is being aided. My focus is reducing Candida overgrowth because I've got the symptoms which are sugar/carb cravings and recurring yeast infections. I will be following up with a maintenance probiotic that I purchase elsewhere that I've used before that works very well once the 15 day cleanse with this product is completed. The pill is in capsule form and will float in your mouth like most capsules filled with natural ingredients/herbs, but it's a regular size and fairly easy to swallow. The ingredients seem to be mostly natural herbs and I've checked to make sure none have an adverse effect on Warfarin which I also take. I looked up a review on Candida Cleanses and this one was #1 on the list so that's why I chose it above all others. I'm glad I did and I would buy this product again. Good part is it comes in 30 day supply and one cleanse is only 15 days at 1 pill/per day so it's a two cleanse bottle and you'll have another cleanse for the future if you find you need it again down the road.
