Can i use filtered water from the refrigerator?

Can’t get it to be discoverable, it says to turn it off and on 3 times but it never goes into the mode

I could never get mine to work either. I turned everything off that even remotely used wifi and brought the diffuser out almost next to my modem, tried multiple times exactly how the directions said and couldn't get it to connect. I sent mine back. Good Luck.

How can you connect it to wifi.

Unfortunately zi can't answer...i could never get it to connect and by the time I gave up trying, the return window had closed. If I were you and you got this for the wifi feature, return it! Directions are awful and the app worse...does t work.
