I got this during the sale at the same price of no wifi bare b650m boards. Pretty solid and easy bios update. I received the latest rev and it performs as expected. No crashes or bsod. The only issue I had was after I updated my bios and activated expo settings it booted with the notorious coil whine so loud I was ready to return it. But after a restart, it never came back. Stress tested with games and aida64 for 50 hrs with no issues.

I have been using Gigabyte motherboards in my 3 last builds for a total of 12 years. Those were always low end models so I was excited to get something better this time. Unfortunately, this board is dissapointing: - it has an update mechanism that works as a backdoor (google Eclypsium) which was allegedly fixed in the latest bios update but not everybody will update their motherboards and it is unacceptable that such a thing was there in the first place - this motherboard will ADD A WINDOWS USER in your system in order to be able to nag you with popups to install Gigabyte Utility. This one is very hard to believe but it is true - User manual is lacking. There are no post codes explained. - In my case Bios would not update via GUI errored on checksum error. The same file worked via Q-Flash Plus but that was time consuming - Gigabyte Utitlty is broken, displays empty tabs - M.2 SSD cooling plate will not work if your drives have different thicknesses rendering it useless for most people who have two drives - Amazon sells older revision 1.0. Revision 1.1 has Bluetooth 5.2 => 5.3 and WiFI module Mediatek RZ616 => Intel AX210.
