Not easy to use if you're in the US.

It may be possible to bake from this if you're in the UK, but if you're in the US, it takes a lot of work to figure out how to translate these recipes to US ingredients, measures etc.. My daughter really wants to make these recipes, so I have to Google similar recipes for substitutes.
