Stansport Egg Container for Camping and Travel

Needed these for camping and none of the eggs broke when we put them in the cooler. It worked perfectly. The only negative thing I would say is I could not fit all the eggs. I was only able to fit 10 eggs instead of 12. I think I had medium size eggs.

Worked great to protect the eggs. Wife and I went off roading with our sxs , no broken eggs . Only fits smaller sizes

as title states, this thing is excellent for protecting eggs in coolers. However, some eggs are slightly too large and don’t fit into the egg shaped compartments for them.

works perfectly for a weekend of camping. Will need something larger for longer trips, but keeps the eggs safe while travelling. Great quality and great value.

Works great. Bought one to try it out on my camping trip. Used it last weekend and it kept the eggs secured. Put it in my Yeti 75 with other foods stacked around it. They need larger Qty cases, but I’ll just pick up another container for my next trip.

I’m really shocked by all the positive reviews. This is too small to comfortably fit eggs and too flimsy for anything. Part of the handle snapped off on mine very quickly. The latches are hard to open or close, but they open quite easily with sudden movements and everything spills out. The eggs can crack inside the container because they are too small and shift or because they are too large and get cracked when the container closes. I’m not sure what this thing is good at. After realizing it’s no good for something as fragile as eggs, I decided to instead use it to hold egg shaped crayons for a toddler. It’s not great for that either.

I had ordered other eggs holders that never seem to fit large eggs. This one fits them perfectly.

What's great about this is that all 6 of my eggs made it to the backcountry site intact. What sucked was that I then had to eat 6 eggs at once because of all the rain that prevented me from preparing the other meals that would have had an egg in them. I do not recommend eggs over a fire. Eggs should go in ramen or something but 6 scrambled eggs cooked over a damp fire got all smokey and full of ash.

Literally just minutes ago got this, and immediately tested it with some regular sized eggs. With the case shut and tilting it in different directions, at least two eggs came free and were lying on their side across two of the dimples that are meant to hold them. Also, at least one of the eggs seemed slightly larger than the others, so was touching the neighbouring eggs. No way these eggs wouldn't break inside our caravan fridge. Save your money, look for a better design.
