Prenatal Multi Softgels & Choline Capsules

I’ve been taking the Nature Made Prenatal Vitamin Softgels + Choline Capsules daily as part of my pregnancy wellness routine, and overall this has been a solid choice. The combination of key prenatal nutrients — including folic acid, DHA, and choline — gives me confidence that I’m supporting both my health and baby’s development. I purchased this after a recommendation from my doctor to take them during and following my 2 pregnancies. I'm highly satisfied with the size of the supplements, as well as the coating. The seal was intact upon arrival. They are easy to take, although I would recommend taking them with food; my heartburn gets really bad if I don't! There is no initial taste but (this may be a little bit TMI) my burps afterward are rather funky. They smell and taste off for several hours after I take them. These are the only negative side effects I've noticed though, and have been tolerable over the past several months I've taken these. Overall the quality is great! I've noticed an improvement in my hair thickness / growth, skin appearance, and energy levels. I will continue taking these, as I believe they're highly benefiting my health.

I took these throughout my pregenancy. They arrived quickly, were tasteless, and had no odor. They never upset my stomach and I have the healthiest hair, nails, and baby boy! I compared many vitamins before choosing these. They have the best recommended content as well as the choline component that most other brands miss while being affordable. The pills are large but it didn't bother me too much. Great choice!

I have used many prenatal vitamins and looked at dozens more trying to find ones that offer a good ratio of vitamins I want and also not too much of any one thing (can also be toxic). These are the cheapest I found that fit that description. They do taste fishy though and I wouldn’t be able to stomach them in first trimester.

I have used these for the whole pregnancy and currently using it because I do plan on having more kids. Doesn't taste like anything. No funny texture or odor.

Good quantity and they were great for pregnancy and postpartum. Liked the combo pack!

I've purchased these so many times I genuinely can't count anymore. I've taken prenatals ever since I got pregnant with my 9 year old, just because lol. When I got pregnant with my 2 month old I wanted the additional choline and this was my choice. This capsules are larger. But I personally don't have a difficult time taking them. I will continue to take these, especially since I'm breastfeeding.

I have been taking these prenatal vitamins for about 6 months now and like that they seem to have good amounts of the recommended vitamins (including choline) and that the price is reasonable. That said, the smell of the main pill is hit or miss in my experience. The first two times I ordered these, there was absolutely no unpleasant smell and I thought I had found the holy grail of prenatal vitamins. The batch I got this time, however, is extremely "fishy" and can be tough to deal with (I just try to swallow the pill before I can really breathe in and register the smell). There is still no aftertaste for me, so that is a positive. Just hoping that after I get through this bottle, the next one I order will be a "non-fishy" batch!
