Stopped working after a few months. Wouldn't charge. There are better options for way cheaper don't waste your money

Not taking photos, so you'll have to take my word for it. It works, just fine. Charged it up, stood over the bathroom trashcan, went to work - didn't bother with guards. Almost zero issues, and the ones I did have are a learning experience... If you're trimming/shaving dry, maybe a little (very little) powder to help. If your skin is *tacky*, you *may* nick yourself because of the skin grab against sticky skin. In the shower, or with some powder - slides around like mercury in a frying pan. Also, don't just try and run it all over "loose skin".. pull the skin a little taught, issues resolved. Slow is pro, too. Round Two: Wife shaved the back of my neck. I have scars from a brown recluse bite, makes taming the hairline a little iffy with most products. *Zero* issues. I'd have to use my Mach5 to get the neck any smoother, no nicks on the scars, and many exclamations from my better half. Round Three: Wife used it from head to toe. Much squee occurred. No nicks, no cuts, no complaints. Pits, dips, nooks, crannies, arms, legs, and elsewhere - trimmed better than the $100+ girly devices we've gotten her. After all that, battery still over 2/3 charged. For the fellas saying this wouldn't.. "cut it".. I'm a little aghast. If this doesn't trim the goods, you're looking for something gas powered or requiring a wall outlet to get the job done. Maybe an acetylene torch. My underbrush is not sparse in the least, and its wiry ginger hair, curled up trimmings the size of cotton balls on the blade and it kept on trucking. I only had 2 nicks from tacky skin. I'll be buying these for our two boys (mid/late 20's), as their birthdays are coming up. Plus, it'll be fun for them to open up in front of their grandparents and significant others ;)

I believe this product has a defective battery. It only lasted 3 years, I would appreciate a return or replacement or repair. I can’t live without it, I used it daily, please advise.

Works get and didn’t need to charge it ever since I received it. Although I wish jt could be quieter.

Overrated and overpriced, you’re only buying the name.

This lawnmower works great, I tried it on my face 1st before trying somewhere else, no fears or worries about being nicked or cut, I then used it on my wife and she loves it, she couldn't believe how close to being almost perfect of getting a perfect shave it was, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who asked about it, massive game changer from my old trimmer

This is a great product. It gets the job of basic hair removal done with ease. The light illuminates perfectly so you can see what you missed in every crevice. The battery life is outstanding! I stored this away for about 5 weeks before, pulled it out to use it urgently while in a time crunch thinking I would need to wait for it to charge but nope it was still holding a charge from weeks ago. It got the entire job done too!! Lightweight product great design, easy to hold and use and will not nik your skin!! I’m a woman and I love this product don’t get confused by the name lol.

Not durable. When it's good, it's really good, does a great job. Powerful. However, this is my 2nd and last purchase of this brand trimmer. The first purchase two years ago, the charger rudder out after 9 months. Had to order another. Wasn't cheap. Took the broken charger apart to take a look. The two wires unseen inside the charger connecting the the two metal contact prongs you can see. Those wires were as thin as the filaments used in some light bulbs. They had rusted and broke apart. Then , about 14 months later, the device itself suddenly just stopped, would no longer run. The higher price of this product doesn't justify such cheaply made parts. So, we'll try one more time. Since it does perform well. Just breaks down too easy.

Customer Service is top notch! Bought this for my teen a while ago. He uses it without drama and no cuts. His confidence has boosted. This trimmer is a great gift for your teen or special man in your life. I lost the charger so I contacted Manscape to see how to get a replacement. Manscape’s customer service is by far the best. They are fast and hassle free which feels rare these days. Definitely worth it! I definitely recommend this company and their products to anyone looking for both quality service and grooming tools.

Excellent body trimmer. For once I’m impressed with something as hyped up. Typically I’m hesitant to try something that is so aggressively marketed towards consumers, as they typically do not work as intended or are fragile or what have you. But I am pleasantly surprised how well this works. It provides an excellent shave down to stubble and I have yet to physically cut myself using this. It’s also water proof which makes shaving in the shower like a dream and the LED flashlight is 10/10. USB-C rechargeable which is honestly super nice not to have to use some crappy proprietary charger you have to dig out every couple weeks to recharge it. Overall super nice and high quality.
