PERFECT For Post-Breast Reduction
This was the perfect post surgery bra after my breast reduction. My surgeon loved it too! The compression bra I was sent home in was scratchy to me so I needed something else. This bra is SO soft and comfortable and literally has all the necessary features for reduction recovery. Straps that detach, hook and eye closures with 3 levels of tightness (so you can adjust the fit as you heal and deal with swelling ups and downs), moisture resistant (stays dry when you sweat), and the band around your rib cage is designed to sit lower so it does not rub up against your incisions under your breasts. In fact, the bra has a little extra cushioning in the area under your breasts as well as the area on your sides where your side incisions are. I bought 2 of these and I wear them comfortably to sleep as well as during the day. Highly recommend. For sizing, I’d order up a size. It’s adjustable and after surgery you would rather it be on the larger side than the smaller side since you will be pretty swollen for a while. I was reduced to a 38 C/36 D cup and I bought the XL and it fit great. For the price, this is top notch. Also the bra is infused with vitamin E to soothe your skin while wearing it! *would not recommend as a high I pant sports bra* would work for low impact, but not high impact.

Glad I bought this for post-op breast augmentation!
Great to have for post-op breast augmentation. Post-op I am probably a 34-D. I purchased a large and it fits well. There are three rows of hook and eyes to adjust band size, I am wearing it on the tightest row. The material is super soft and stretchy (think swimsuit material). The shoulder straps are extra wide, comfortable, and adjustable as well. I would recommend using this bra at least 5 days after surgery because it is very tight and the many hook and eyes do take some effort. I wore a soft padded sports bra with a zipper front the first week after surgery, I also found it on Amazon. I probably won’t wear this bra again after recovery because I think the shoulder straps are ugly (but very very comfortable).

Did not work for me as a post-lumpectomy/reduction bra
This bra was a no go for me and ended up being returned. I'm a bit thicker than the model in the photo so the sides of the bra did not slant down to the elastic as dramatically as shown; instead, they were more like the sides of a regular bra. Unfortunately, that placed the edge of the bra so that it rubbed right up against the incision from my lymph node removal. Sizing... I figured for a 38D/40C plus post-surgery swelling and bought a 2XL per the size chart - the fit was fine everywhere but the cups which were too big. So even with the padding - which is minimal - and the band on the smallest/tightest closure, there was no support at all. I had a lumpectomy and oncologic breast reduction so support is a must. I can say, however, that the band was nice and wide and stayed put without rolling up so that was a plus. I have to note here that I had a similar problem with the bra I ended up keeping but the cup size isn't as large plus that bra has more/better padding for support. The worst thing for me, however, was the fabric. Rather than your typical shape- or athleticwear fabric, this bra felt like swimsuit material. Gross, slippery, I-couldn't-stand-to-touch-it material. Reading back over the description, I see now that it's infused with Vitamin E micro capsules so that might account for the slick feeling, but that is NOT for me. These are all problems that are specific to me and my surgery as well as my sensory integration issues. They might not apply if your surgery did not include lymph node removal (i.e., cosmetic vs oncologic) and the fabric doesn't bother you. I don't want to dissuade anyone from buying this product. I just like to provide all the details I can to help other people make decisions.

Straps don't adjust easily
The bra is designed to have multiple adjustment points for the length of the straps, but you can't get unhooked from one point to move it to another point without seriously risking breaking the little plastic clip. I ordered two sizes and could only make the adjustment on one out of the four straps.

Pretty... pretty... pretty good, but better over a T-shirt
For me, this was the most comfortable of the 8 bras I bought after breast reduction surgery (DD to B). The material was softer and less scratchy than the others. The cups were a little large, but I didn't mind it. The BEST thing was the advice I got to wear a bra over a soft T-shirt. After 11 days of constant discomfort, that was the true gamechanger! Please spread the word!

Five days post bilateral lumpectomy
5 days ago I had a bilateral lumpectomy, two masses - one malignant and one intraductal papilloma - removed from my chest. The bra the hospital sent me home with was great, except they only sent me with one. I have to have a specific kind of support and tightness for 7 days, all day and all night, but something that is still *just* stretchy enough to leave room to comfortably hold ice packs for a week straight, and as needed after. I also needed something that opened at the front, as well as at the shoulders because I can't quite lift my arms above my head yet, and my range of motion is limited. This bra checks all of those boxes and the padding only being on the side and very minimal is really comfortable. I am 5'2" and 108lbs,and roughly a 32B, with not a lot of beeast tissue at the top on my sternum, and very very thin. I ordered a size small, and am comfortably wearing it on the loosest setting on the clips, and the second tightest setting on the straps to leave room for the ice packs. I feel supported, and it's just snug enough to feel like I'm held and stabilized, without feeling constricted. All of the material is soft, with a good amount of stretch and hold. The one thing I can tell is that with prolonged wear, the cup areas will likely give out. But im not too concerned with prolonged wear, I just need a few weeks of recovery time. This met my needs exactly, is very comfortable, and is helping this whole surgery and cancer recovery experience much more tolerable already, and I've only had it for a day. Absolute 5 stars! I'll add some pictures when I feel a little better to be up and about.

Aún no lo uso, porque todavía tengo una sonda de drenaje luego de la cirugía. Pero se siente muy suave. Ya en un par de días me lo podré poner.

The bra material is quite good, however it's extremely tight in the bottom, and the cup a bit loose. I have 250 ml implants (I didn't have much breast) and the cup is loose for me. So very tight in the bottom and large in the cup. The straps has is only 3 adjustments, I don't understand why they just didn't make the straps adjustable like the normal bras are.

Great bra for post-surgical breast surgery. It is soft and the straps do not dig into your shoulder. Easy to adjust the front closure as well. The only thing I found was that the band was not low enough on me and it sat on my incisions. Otherwise, excellent product and washed well and kept its shape.
