I get sweaty hands, and I hate a greasy controller. I usually keep a damp rag nearby to wipe down my controller and hands between games. I tried to buy those silicone covers at first, but they didn't fit right, did not stay in place, nor did they help with my sweaty hands. But this controllers added grip to the thumb sticks and the back portion of the remote do the trick. It feels great in my hands for hours. And I don't need the damp rag nearby to wipe down the controller anymore either.Now, when I first receive my remote the mic from my headset did not work. It may have been an issue with the headphone jack. I was worried that because I did not report it immediately when I received my remote, I only use my mic when playing with friends which was about a week after I received my controller, they were not going to honor the return. But the customer service team at Goldstar Tech were more then helpfully, and fully cooperative with the return. All while being extremely polite, and patience with me. They first sent me step by step instructions to try to trouble shoot the controller, and headset, but when that didn't work they offered me the option of a full money back return, or exchange for the same item. Well because I love the controller so much, I went with the exchange option. They provided me with a prepaid shipping label, and within 4 days of them confirming they received the package I got my new controller. This one works great, and I have no complaints.Recap: Awesome controller if you have sweaty hands like me. And even better customer service. I would definitely recommend both to any that care to listen. No really though it's an issue when these remotes starting at $70 bucks break when dropped from your lap onto the carpeted floor below. If it doesn't break, it just acquired a new growing problem, bumpers sticking, buttons sticking, joystick uncenters itself so it is always moving. Anyway this one is certainly cool, looks great and the rubber grips are a nice touch imo. Functionally it's no different than the base model. It's simply the tactile feel you're paying for here.
