So far, so good. Made it to the first roundtrip in the plane's cargo hold. Works as advertised.

Replaced my wheels on my samsonite luggage with these wheels original wheel had been broken. First time use dropping off luggage while retrieving it from luggage carousel came out with a broken wheel. I believe they should atleast be rugged enough to within more than one time abuse by TSA

Only wheels I found with a threaded shaft that can actually be used for replacing damaged pressed in suitcase wheels. Those cobblestones in Amsterdam are pretty hard on the original rollers.

Works great with the Samsonite luggage

I Lost 3 wheels on my first time using them. They came unscrewed at the airport.Customer service reached out to help remedy the issue and we’re going to send me new wheels and give me tips on installing them. However IM currently on a 2 weeks trip and going to 3 different places so I had to get a new bag for the rest of the time.Customer service gave me a full refund which was great.

They arrived on time & in good condition. They fit very well.

This is nightmare trying to send back can’t print of label need a code I can scan at shop can’t seem to get this through to amazon chat so it looks like I will loose my £20 I’m so disappointed first time I’ve had trouble sending anything back can you help ?
