Bought this for my wife before going on trip to Belize and Honduras. The focus of the trip was to snorkel. My wife absolutely loved the set. The fins are short like trainers, but no blisters over multiple trips to the reefs! Her main praise is for the mask snorkel combo. It fit her perfectly and did not leak at all. It was very comfortable to wear, and she experienced no fogging. Her only complaint was that she couldn’t rub her nose, evidently that can become serious LOL! Great product. Arrived in two days. Better than expected.

Just got back from a long-awaited trip to Dry Tortugas National Park, and SO glad that I purchased this! Most snorkeling trips provide goggles, snorkels and fins to their guests, but I had used those on a previous trip and found them very unsatisfying. With typical snorkel masks, you end up exhaling directly into your mask, which causes the plastic to fog up instantly and leaves you with zero visibility. This full-face mask has an airtight separate compartment so that your breath never interferes with your vision. Similarly, a standard snorkel mouthpiece is essentially a big plastic straw that you hold in your mouth with the force of your jaw. If you dive down, your snorkel tube fills with seawater, which you will almost certainly inhale at least a couple of times. This can be very stressful, especially if you're not a confident swimmer. The full face design of this mask allows you to breathe and even talk normally, and the tube has a floating ball that blocks water from entering the tube while it's submerged. While not foolproof, it is a HUGE improvement over a traditional snorkel. A proper seal on the mask and a degree of comfort with how it works are a huge help in getting the most out of your snorkel gear. If possible, I'd suggest trying it out in a pool before your trip. At the very least, spend a little time in the shallows where you can easily stand up if you need a break or to adjust your fit before venturing deeper. The fins are of excellent quality, and the straps are easily adjustable for a perfect fit. The only thing to note is that they are on the shorter side - this makes them really easy to travel with, but if you're a true beginner, they don't provide as much propulsion as longer fins. However, they're much easier to maneuver in, especially if you're trying not to accidentally kick some delicate coral, so this is a matter of personal preference. I bought the Viginsul snorkel set for a beach trip, and overall, it’s a solid package. The full-face mask is comfortable and gives a super clear panoramic view underwater. Breathing through the dry-top snorkel system was easy, and I didn’t experience any fogging or leaks. The mask seals well and feels secure without being too tight. The fins, however, were a bit of a challenge. While they’re adjustable and have an open-heel design, they run narrow and weren’t very comfortable for my wider feet. I had to loosen them more than I’d like, which affected the fit and performance in the water. We bought this set for a snorkeling trip, and for the price, it worked pretty well, though there are a few things to keep in mind. The best part of the mask is the incredible, wide field of view and the fact that you don't get any mouth fatigue from biting down on a traditional snorkel all day. That alone makes it a winner. The dry-top snorkel feature is also fantastic; you can dive down deep and not have to clear any water when you surface. However, there are some caveats. We noticed we had to breathe a bit harder than with a normal snorkel, likely due to the design. The mask is also on the heavier side, and we felt some neck fatigue by the end of the day. While the GoPro mount is sturdy, it sits so high that it bobs in and out of the water, making any footage pretty much unusable. We ended up using a handheld mount instead. As for the fins, their compact size is great for travel, and it's a bonus that they float. But, that small size means they aren't very powerful. We had to work much harder to move, especially in any kind of current. One of the strap attachments also kept popping off, which was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, this is a decent set if you're a casual snorkeler on a calm vacation. The mask's comfort and view are great, but be prepared for the trade-offs with the fins and the mask's weight.

Best purchase for our 2 week cruise in the Hawaiian & French Polynesian Islands! We bought 5 sets: me, husband, 18 yo daughter, 16 yo son & just tured 6 yo daughter. The little one practiced using in a pool one weekend about a month before our trip. She and the other kids loved it! The masks adjust easily and stay put. Flippers were worn with & without water shoes. This purchase was very cost effective over renting at each place we wanted to snorkel. Ease of mind and convenience, that we had what we needed and they were a good value, over trying to buy some there. The cost to rent for 5 people every time we wanted to snorkel would've been waaay more than buying. We can also use on future trips. The luggage space to pack was well worth it! My son also dives below the surface. He said it worked perfectly by closing up, then releasing when he resurfaced. Highly recommend these snorkel sets!

Short and sweet: do not buy this product, get a two piece set or spend more money on a higher quality 1 piece set. Great concept, but terrible execution riddled with quality issues. The idea of being able to filter out your air is great, but there are two small filters at the bottom that are supposed to let air out and then close back up. The ones I have do not, so when you breathe in, water gets in as well. You will only have about 30 seconds of snorkeling before you have to take off the mask to avoid drowning, or stand up out of the water to let all the water in your mask out. Please do not buy this product, if you take this on a trip where you do not have stable ground to stand on and are not a strong swimmer, it could be catastrophic.
