I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis at the doctors and I'm waiting on physical therapy. I was prescribed NSAIDs but don't take them because they mess up my stomach. I am surprised how much these help. I wore them around the house as soon as I got them and after awhile they were actually painful enough that I had to stop. I'm 5'8 and 220 pounds so that might be why. However I could feel they were breaking up the tension in my feet. The next few days I wore them with socks on and my pain is greatly lessened. I took the socks off today and I can tolerate them much better. They feel great and encourage you to walk because you just want to massage out that tension. I don't believe in woo but I think the blood flow and the massage really helps! I am still going to go to PT and learn how to strengthen my feet and calves but this is a blessing for now. I have a wide toe box and normal arch feet. I am a woman who wears a 8-9.5 in men's mostly because of that wide toebox. They fit great!

My feet have been hurting a lot more so in the evening so I was looking for something to help with my plantar fasciitis. I read through the mixed reviews and thought for the price I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did! Immediately upon putting these shoes on I could feel them doing their magic! I've been wearing them around the house for about a week now. Anytime my feet start to ache I'll put them on for a few minutes and walk around. To the reviews who said the little nubbies are uncomfortable, they're supposed to be! You're not supposed to wear these like normal shoes. It's all about pressure points and I'm telling you if you have plantar fasciitis you need to try these!

Disappointed- gifted this; embarrassing quality. Even more discouraging, the magnets do not stay in place. Smell of poor quality plastic. Not good quality. Returned immediately; pending refund from vendor (warning: if refund requested, may take a while for a "possible" refund, if applicable).

I love that the top is Velcro to secure to your foot. Very comforting to put on after a long day at work. Instant release of pain in heels.

I can only wear these maybe 5 minutes at a time. They're painful, kinda hurt a bit. I'll have to put some time in and get use to wearing them I quess. They are not soft .

All kidding aside; I just got these yesterday and immediately put them on because I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis. I bought the Medistellar Shiatsu Acupressure Massage Slippers to try anything that might help my plantar fasciitis, and I’m so glad I did. The slippers take some getting used to as the acupressure points are firm and really dig in, but once I got used to the sensation, it actually became relaxing. They’re also easy to slip on and off, and I appreciate that I can get relief without a bulky massage machine or roller. I hated these at first, but after about a week I'd pass on my oofos just to go shopping in these because of the pain relief they brought to legs. The size is adjustable, you gotta pick the right size or adapt. The lasted preatty well, I lost mine in CA. Great value from what I remember, and you get through functions of what the slipper is supposed to do for your feet and the accupressure functionality. For some of us, those other areas of pain in legs, hips, knees, all parts of my feet, I get relief. So I will buy another pair when I get around to it.

These slippers really help with my plantar fasciitis and foot pain. The acupressure feels strong at first, but after a few minutes my feet feel relaxed and the tension goes away. Great for circulation and daily relief!
