With so many soles to choose from I had to rely on reviews to get the right ones. Also, the name helped. Look I love my feet but whet they are standing for 12 hours per day I need comfort. Having metatarsalgia and feet the size of a rainforest I needed support, and no not tech support. Comfort and Fit: These insoles are incredibly comfortable. From the moment I slipped them into my shoes, I noticed an immediate difference in how my feet felt. The insoles fit perfectly into my shoes, with no need for trimming or adjustments. I’ve been dealing with a strained metatarsal, experiencing jarring pain for some time until it was so bad at times I was limping. Well, that was until I got these. They have been a game-changer for me! They’ve completely stopped the pain and allowed me to move around much more comfortably. Great support, superb quality, and they are a really good fit for my size, making them easy to use. I tried lots of things before this; the other insoles I tried before were useless. These are such good value for money. In fact, I finally had an appointment with a podiatrist, and these arrived the day before. When I went to the podiatrist, she was very impressed when I showed them to her. Highly recommend if you're dealing with metatarsal pain or something similar!

These insoles are very good and do ease the pain. However, even removing the old insoles still meant I had to re-lace my shoes as the top of my foot raised up but, it was not too much of an issue. It is just something to be aware of. Overall, they are very good and do what you need. We're fairly easy to cut to size and not a bad price either.

Very good has started to releive my pain after a couple of weeks.

These were for my husband and he says they work really well, when he wears shoes that don’t have the insoles in his feet hurt

These are good insoles with good arch support and pad to support the metatarsals. They're pretty sturdy with good cushioning and fit most of my shoes. I have a pretty bad Morton's neuroma which I've had to get some very pricey custom orthotics to deal with. These insoles were a good stop gap that helped me keep mobile, and reduced the pain considerably while waiting for the orthotics to arrive. They won't solve my problem (hopefully the orthotics will!) as they are not designed for my feet but they are as good an off-the shelf product as you can get in my opinion.

It's very rigid to hold your foot in place correctly. Not thin and not thick , about 3-4mm so won't fit in tight shoes but ideal for lace ups where you can adjust. I removed the original insole.

Mejor que las dos anteriores de podologos para mi neuroma de mortón, eso sí son un parche hasta que un nuevo podologo me de unas nuevas plantillas que espero que funcionen para el neuroma, a la tercera, va la vencida

I have used a set of these for about 4 months now and I like these so much, I bought a 2nd pair for my gym shoes. They are firm and thick, but are also flexible enough to slide down into my shoe for a perfect fit. The "bump" or extra padding and support is positioned just right to support the metatarsal that needs extra cushioning and prevent further inflammation and pain as I go about my daily workout routines. I have a bunion which has resulted in the metatarsals in my 2nd toe shifting and causing an extremely painful and swollen joint. This makes 2 of my favourite workouts (kickboxing and hiking) very painful. The podiatrist recommended a custom insole for my shoes .... for $500!!!! However, he also gave me a steroid shot and strict instructions to protect that joint from further pain. I showed him this insole and he said that works, but they won't last long with my level of activity. I ordered a 2nd pair for my gym shoes, as I mentioned....however, the "bump" on the 2nd pair isn't as pronounced as the first pair still is...it still supports, but not quite as well, so consistency in manufacturing might be an issue. Nevertheless, the price point for these insoles, and the proven pain relief that allows me to walk pain free, makes them an excellent temporary alternative to expensive custom orthotics.
