Fantastic product for the price. When I bought it it was on a %40 discount which made it a no brainer. I didn't technically need a portable monitor, but I bought this as an OLED "trial". You've probably seen those 27" LG QHD 240hz screens already but those are $1000 (insane price gouging), but you as a consumer have likely never had an OLED monitor, so the question remains: will you burn-in that super nice and expensive screen? I wasn't willing to experiment with my money. At $150, this INNOCN is the perfect test: I use it for gaming at %100 brightness and it will blow you away with the quality of the colors and contrast. Looks great during the day, and mind-blowing at night (actually TOO bright for me though, so at night I set it at %47 brightness). The rest of the workday, I have it display my week calendar at %10 brightness - OLED blacks guarantee that there's still plenty of contrast to remain easily readable, and this way I can test if I'd burn-in an OLED monitor after months of use. If it burns? Ah well, $150 isn't an excessive loss. If it doesn't burn? Then I can buy the nice 27" QHD OLED versions that are starting to come up (I don't want/need a 34 inch or a 45 inch ridiculousness). A couple interesting things I've noticed: - %20 brightness on USB-C video is fine at night. During the day, it's not enough, plug in the USB-C power cable as well (and this comes from someone who does not enjoy bright screens, my eyes are sensitive). - INNOCN does something weird with near-blacks in dark images as you change brightness. I noticed that at %47 brightness all detail is retained in a near-black situation, but if you go to %48 instead of making the whole image brighter, it makes near-blacks darker, thus crushing them... it's strange. There seem to be a few "brightness zones" within which the screen manages contrast as you go up in brightness, so I've found 3 perfect levels for my use: %10 induces black crush, but I only use it for a black background calendar, so it's fine (this is my test to see whether the white text at %10 would burn-in after months of use). %37 preserves near-blacks and adds a good a mount of brightness. %47 is as high as you can go preserving near-blacks while increasing brightness. Any higher than that, and blacks get increasingly crushed until about %70 (weird mixture of crushed-blacks but brighter image). After %70 blacks start raising again (along with overall brightness) but it's not a "%47 brightness equivalent but brighter" until you hit %90 to %100. So, I recommend setting the first 3 of 6 "modes" (which seem to do nothing other than change brightness, as I've set them all at %47 and they look virtually the same) at something like %10, %37, %47 for different lighting conditions, and the last three modes at %100 since anything between %48 and %99 messes with near-blacks. Your mileage with near-blacks might vary here, depending on the image displayed. Despite that weirdness with brightness and black crush, it's an excellent screen with a very high DPI - 1080p at 13" (170dpi) is actually higher than 4k at 27" (163dpi)! Everything looks fantastic in it, and if you're as wary as I am to buy a nice but way too overpriced 27" QHD OLED, this is a perfect way to enter the OLED monitor wave and make sure you won't burn-in these nice screens. Added benefit - the stand is quite helpful, as gaming on 13" isn't as nice as on 27", but I can just bring the INNOCN way closer to me and it's fine (though I still use my 27" for gaming regularly, so that tells you 13" can definitely feel too small). The near instant response time of OLED is super noticeable, and despite being 60hz it feels like my 95hz 27" Pixio but with better image quality (I also have a 165hz Gigabyte and despite the added smoothness that VA smear is super annoying, I'd rather have less hz but on a clearer IPS image... same logic applies to the INNOCN - perfectly clear and contrasty 60hz > blurrier 90hz with sub-par IPS contrast). If you find it at the deeply discounted $150, I say go for it. You'll get a taste of OLED monitors, see if you can "safely" use it without destroying it, and then you can move onto bigger and better OLED screens. My money is too hardly earned to gamble away $1K on a nicer screen that might get destroyed in less than a year. Looking forward to taking this INNOCN on a trip, so that I can use it as a second screen for my M1 Macbook Air.

This monitor looks great and feels very premium. I tested the one "USB-C cable only" on a few devices and didn't have success on all. Here are my results: Single USB-C connectivity 9/10: 2022 ASUS M16 - Works perfectly with just one USB-C cabe 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced - Could not get any picture with USB-C only 2016 Macbook Pro (touchbar) - Works perfectly with just one USB-C cable Sound 4/10: The speakers are not great and don't have much bass at all, but I did notice they get louder if you connect the power cord to the monitor. I find myself just using the speakers on whatever device I've connected to it. Picture Quality 10/10: This thing looks amazing! You can't beat OLED quality. The colors are nice and vivid and the blacks are perfect. HDR Using just USB-C 5/10: This monitor has an HDR setting you can turn on via the monitor UI settings. It does make the picture quality look better, however, Windows 11 does not see it as an HDR capable monitor for streaming HDR or normal HDR. It would be great if it did so I can play Elden Ring with HDR turned on in game. Using mini HDMI 9/10: Windows 11 detects this as an HDR capable monitor for HDR and streaming HDR. Elden Ring has the option to turn HDR on in-game but it doesn't do anything and when you navigate back to the settings menu it has HDR turned off again. Youtube video playback in HDR looks amazing. Magnetic Stand 10/10: The included magnetic stand works great and can even hold this monitor up on my desk or my bed. It only magnetizes near the center of the back of the display, so if you want to get it close to the back of a desk you'll have to deal with not being able to angle it much. Overall, I'm loving it so far. It's a fantastic monitor with an amazing OLED screen that feels very premium. I wish they would make more accessories for this like an elevated magnetic floating desk mount, screen protector, or a soft protective cover. I will keep testing and will update if any impressions change.

This 15.6-inch portable OLED monitor is such a great product in so many aspects, but the ways it's lackluster prevents me from giving it a full recommendation. First of all, I wanted to comment on the color accuracy. The product actually comes with a factory calibration report of the Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 ranges. And, it shows! When I compared it using its stock 6500k color profile, which was reported to be calibrated, it matched up almost perfectly with my other calibrated monitors. This makes it a great choice for doing serious color-attentive work. That's more you can say about a lot of portable monitors... Second, the resolution for this thing is just outstanding! Pushing 4k into a 15.6-inch screen might be deemed as overkill for this size, but boy does it make it look sharp! Even at close viewing distance, it was very hard to discern any pixels. With its PPI of about 282, you can truly call it a retina display. Such a joy to any productive work, especially for general media consumption. And the build quality is just out of the park. The build is made with a high-quality heavy metal frame. It feels more similar to a premium tablet from Samsung or Apple. However, my unit's power button did have problems being pressed down. It was unnecessarily hard when compared to the clicky and normal volume buttons. It also had a respectable amount of brightness. It seemed to be just ever so slightly brighter than my MacBook's screen, which is rated at 400 nits. Keep in mind this was at full brightness. Great build, great brightness, great resolution, great color accuracy, oh and did I mention it also has a built-in battery? Though it does add a bit of weight to it, still. It's almost perfect. Almost... There were a couple of problems I had that made me have to drop it a star. One of the main problems was latency. Another plus this monitor packs is that it comes with a screen digitizer, so it can register your touches onto a device that is connected through USB-C. Though it's a great addition to what this unit already offers, it does have a half of a second lag. I am not sure if this is just a common thing with portable monitors that have touch screens, but it does create an annoyance with the device you are using it with. And for gaming, it's not the best choice. Most gamers would probably already be distraught with it only having 60 Hz, but the monitor also has a good amount of general latency for any video signal. I measured it to be about 45 ms worth of lag. It's not a big deal for any productive work, but it's noticeable in any gaming that isn't very casual. It's unusual for an OLED screen as well. It also doesn't support overclocking to its refresh rate very well. At just 65 hz at any resolution, it already started frame skipping. And it wouldn't show any picture past 71 hz. Disappointing as this also could have helped with its input lag. I really, really do like this product. I think it's one of the most jammed-packed, valuable monitors you can get for $400. Its input latency and refresh rate just became a deal breaker for me, and it may be for anyone trying to do any gaming with a mouse. If these problems are fixed, it will be a jack of all trades. Great for professionals who do color-related work, for gamers, and for everyone else who just wants the amazing contrast out of a good quality OLED panel. As of now, it's only great for two of those people. But hey, I am sure many people would not find the latency a major problem at all. If the manufacturer is listening, you did a darn good job with this product. I don't think this product deserves the 2.5 stars it currently has, as of writing this. But please, work on retaining the high-resolution while increasing the refresh rate and lowering the input latency. I also really do appreciate the custom-made OSD that works well with touch.

Purchased this monitor on sale and have been impressed with the overall experience with this monitor. First, the OLED monitor has excellent perfect blacks with good brightness at 400 nits and the screen is able to showcase contrast and light in such a way that a traditional display simply can't. I began to notice details likely due to the way light is shown within a scene that I hadn't noticed prior in movies and games on an LCD based display. Again, impressed. It's HDR is good if you get the settings correct including your source. It's generally acceptable for what the monitor can offer in terms of brightness and will enhance the image, especially with HDR based material. Regarding the build it's well put together with it's smooth to the touch machined aluminum and doesn't seem flimsy or shoddy in any way. Well built and the kickstand works well. I went ahead and purchased a portable monitor stand that clamps down on the display and used as a second monitor on the go provides an even more robust solution to secure the monitor in place. Kickstand is good, but there are further options in the portable monitor accessories market if you want something even more robust that can also provide greater vertical height closer to one's eyes sitting at a desk. Menu is easy to navigate and comes with 2 USB-C inputs and mini HDMI, in which cables are provided for all three. Some people are complaining of not being able to run the monitor through one USB-C cable providing signal and power but I've had no issue achieving this. I simply used the thicker USB-C cable with the "Signal" label included with this monitor (thicker included USB-C cable plugged into the monitor from the USB-C input right below the mini HDMI) and plugged it right into my laptop USB-C input. Not sure the issue with the other purchasers but no problem here through a little experimenting with cable configuration. I have a 15 inch laptop sleeve with a felt interior lining and the monitor slips right in and can be stored within my backpack along with the portable folding monitor stand and laptop (Apple 14inch m1 pro). The portability factor is perfect. To sum up the purchase experience, the monitor arrived in a timely manner in professional packaging with everything included. Apparently the monitor uses a Samsung OLED panel which has been very good and it's shell is well built out of quality aluminum alloy. Novel idea for a magnetic kickstand that works...1080p as it's resolution is fine and with the small screen provides ample detail. HDR is acceptable with some setting tweaks. Considering it's price point for what one gets it's been a great purchase and allows me to set up a computer desk away from home like a breeze. Another good reason to buy this would be as another Amazon reviewer had stated, the ability to experience OLED inexpensively as an entry product. After experiencing OLED, my next at home monitor or TV will be OLED or it's cousin, mini LED. The color pop, greater contrast with deep, deep blacks is a sight to behold.

Writing this review to warn others to not buy this. At its price, its overpriced, nothing to write home about, and if you're forced to use the mini-HDMI port (which is the worst connector ever conceived, except for micro-usb), good luck having a stable image. With that said, let me elaborate. As a small, portable monitor, its nice. Very light, kickstand is nice and easy to adjust. Perfect size for hiding underneath tall desktop monitors or as a second monitor for your laptop/handheld. I use this as a second monitor underneath my 32:9 Super Ultrawide 45 inch, and it works great as just another screen. Its nothing to write home about though- contrast, brightness, and the colors aren't anything to pop out. The HDR accuracy is pretty meh, but its a nice addition when watching HDR content on a second screen. However, the negatives are abundantly clear to me now. First, the price. $300- you could get a full size 1440p monitor with LEAGUES better color accuracy and refresh rate, or you could get a larger IPS style panel for a portable monitor at that price. I got it when it was on sale for $90, and it was worth then. Do not buy it at anything over $100, its simply not worth it. Oh, and make sure you can use USB-C to connect to your PC. I've used other portable monitors with my computer before, they work over USB-C. No USB-C cable I've tried allows me to use USB C to connect to this monitor, forcing me to use the worst connector ever designed: mini-HDMI. Remember when every phone used the micro-usb port that always got loose after like, 100 re-plugs for charging your phone? Imagine that but a small HDMI port, that always shuts the monitor off if its even SLIGHTLY off from being perfectly in the center of the port. The cable that comes with the monitor as well HATES to be moved , and you will spend minutes trying to get it to stop flickering the screen the second it gets shaken a little. I honestly cant spend more than 10 minutes without seeing the screen flicker now, its honestly garbage. TLDR- don't buy this. Save your money, get a better monitor. The OLED panel is utter garbage compared to others and is just there to jump on the OLED hype train to make it appear better. With 60hz, your not gonna be gaming on this anyways, and at 13.3 inches, your not gonna want it to be your main monitor. You can get better 14-16inch portable displays for under $100 now, go get one of those. Just glad I got this when it was on sale, this isn't worth it period at its current price point of $330.

When I bought it, it was $200, for that price, Five Stars! This is for the 15.6" OLED. I've been using this display regularly for a month now. Time will tell how long it will last, for the price, finger crossed I get a year out of it. The color and contrast is amazing. DCI-P3 color space is something like 118% coverage. Adobe 98/RGB is 'only' 98%, but that's because it clips slightly in the blues, on the other end, it gos way outside the color space. Color is amazing. Contrast is great. I got it so that I could have a lightweight (it weighs almost nothing) monitor to act as an occasional small second display, but more than that, I need monitor to mirror my viewer monitors when in Capture One. I wasn't really expecting much, but once calibrated, this thing looks great. I intended it to just be a display that I could use to keep an eye on the monitors I couldn't see. Images on it looked better than on the NEC color accurate monitor I have it mounted to back of (like that make shift rigging?), and the others mirrored around for clients and crew. It matched the MBP retina disply very closely. It is able to work as a one cable solution (USB C), provided you have enough power. Plugged directly into the MBP it works, by default it lowers the brightness to 20%. I've been running it at 65% with no issues. I'm NOT running the laptop on battery. Plugged into an OWC TB3 dock, it also had no issues with a single cable. Note, both of those, it's plugged into a TB port, NOT a USB C port. Using Sonnettech's new Echo 20 TB4 Superdock I would not pass a signal over USB C, only TB, it's hard to say if that's the monitor or the dock. The OS also gave me constant 'low power' warnings with a single cable on the Echo 20. The Echo 20 only outputs 15W over the hubbed TB ports, the OWC outputs 65w (not sure what the MBP outputs). So you do need to make sure that your souce can output the needed power if you want a one cable setup. Also of note, this 1080 display (though it mirrored 2K just fine) is very sharp. There is a sharpness adjustment in the settings, but that just seemed to make things blurry, not really smoother. So while images look amazing, text can be overly sharp, in crunchy sort of way. I would not use this for word processing activities. Things I wish it had; The cables, why are they white? Black would stand out less. I understand that due to size, ports have to come out the side, cables with built in 90° or 180° plugs would be nice. Also, a threaded 1/4" mounting hole on the bottom would be a great addition. The screen itself is very very glossy. It gets bright enough, that I don't notice it in normal use, but a more matte screen would be nice to have.

I know this may seem like a small thing, but there is no cover, bag or anyway to protect the device when traveling. So it's not a portable monitor. The magnetic stand has weak magnets and it can be knocked off easily. All portable monitors should at least come with a portfolio type cover/stand. Then let people choose not to use it, but I bet 98% of the people who use it as a portable monitor would. Minus 2 stars for no cover. As for the monitor itself, yes the color and sharpness of the OLED panel is perfect. I got the 15" one and no issues. The power button takes too long to hold it down turning the monitor on and off. I actually thought it was broken when I first got it because I couldn't imagine holding the power button down that long. But after the initial connection it turns on fine now automatically just connecting to the laptop. When plugging into my Thunderbolt 4 connector on my laptop with a quality cable works great. Default brightness was originally 20% but now seems to remember what I set it to. It all depends on your laptops actually connector, so you will see lots of differences in reviews regarding connection. Using a power brick and separate cable can default to a brighter setting. Speakers are weak but do work.

I’m pleasantly surprised how good the image quality is on this screen. I got it for my Switch and steam deck. I power the monitor with a battery bank and use the pass through on the monitor to charge the Switch. The switch runs on the monitor with just the included cable. You don’t need to use the dock for the switch. It won’t work with the switch lite but the original and oled switch will hook up to this perfectly. The steam deck works great as well but it’s not quite as clean of a setup. You can run the monitor with the same single cable and the steam deck can actually power the monitor but the battery on the deck will suffer even more than it already does. As the deck only has one usb c port for both power and video I needed to use my MacBook usb c dongle for hdmi and power pass through and I have a battery bank powering my switch and another usb cable coming out of that same power bank and powering the monitor. It’s not as elegant as the switch setup but it’s functional. The speakers are acceptable at best. But you can use a Bluetooth speaker or plug in a little portable speaker into the switch or steam deck. Or even set the steam deck audio to play through the steam deck itself. The switch will only play though the monitor unless you plug in something to the headphone jack. The picture quality though more than makes up for the shortcomings in the audio department. The default setting was a little dark but you can tweak the settings a little and make it look however you want. So if it looks bad to you when you first turn it on then don’t worry, it has a lot of adjustments you can do to it. I love this monitor a lot more than I thought i would. The stand works really well and a lot better than I thought as well. It’s sturdy enough and gets the job done. I play it on my bed and it’s stable enough to not fall over or anything. Overall I more than recommend this monitor if it’s large enough and makes sense for what you’re wanting to do. It makes a perfect companion for the switch and if you’re willing to deal with a couple more cables and an adapter then the steam deck is also amazing on it.
