I have purchased 13 Pro Max 1 last July 31 and received the device. In the beginning all is well, all are working but after 3 days one of the camera cover at the back got fell down on its own and i just stickes it with the glue then after a month the screen display totally black out. It really worst experience to purchase here in amazon. And i dont know how they will replace the items.Bad service.

not good. face id not working. when you used the vedio camera after 1 minute suddenly turn off and restart again bwesit!

The iphone never powered on even after several attempts and overnight charging. Dont rely on renewed handsets. New ones are anytime better.
