Buying these bands led me to the Pvolve system which I absolutely love!! I had four kids and found running, pilates and cycling to be too hard for me to continue to do regularly as exercise. So I got these bands to do my own low impact thing at home and learned there is a whole low impact/low resistance system that Jennifer Aniston promotes. I tried it at an in person studio in NYC and am in love!!! O am buying the ball next!!
