I am a woman and purchased this to use to make my bikini line and armpits look smoother between shaving. I don’t mind shaving every day, but the little dark spots left behind from the hair roots on my medium light skin were bothersome. I’ve been using this approximately three times per week on SHR mode for the past two months and have absolutely notice a significant difference. The hair roots are less visible and the skin in those areas looks and feels much smoother. I had used it on my face at a lower setting to treat a couple of stray hairs on my jawline, and actually have noticed a reduction in dark spots on my face. That wasn’t why I bought it but it was a very pleasant surprise. I have not used laser hair removal devices before, but this one is quite comfortable and the cooling technology is excellent, as others have said. It has a good design, is easy to use and seems to be excellent quality. I will continue to use this device for maintenance, would absolutely purchase it again and recommend it to others. Update—I’ve used this about 2 times weekly for the past 2 months (after using every other day for the first 2 weeks) and it is working great for bikini line and armpits. Also continues to work great for age/sun spots on my face, despite my dermatologist telling me it probably wouldn’t. For the past 2 weeks I have used this on my daughter’s mild KP which is on the backs of her upper arms and thighs, and it has worked great even after just 4 treatments. I use SHR and glide mode 100% of the time for both of us and while the device gets hot after a while, I have had no functional issues.

After been using it for a month, this hair removal device really work well for me. I have thin hair on my leg and I used for a month following the instruction comes with the device, I can see clearly the hair is growing slowly , even stopped using for the second month,I barely see any hair. It’s super easy to use, it cools while doing the laser on the skin which helps reduce pain. It’s easy to bring around, I travel with it so very convenient. I think this thing really saves time and money going to store do it, I can do it any time any where, and I can even give to my family friends after I don’t need it. Great product

I want to start this review by saying how awesome it is when a company has great customer service and truly stands by it's products and warranty policy. A year and a half ago I got the ulike air3 and loved it. Unfortunately, it stopped working so I contacted ulike since it was still under the 2yr warranty. Their customer service was quick to respond and offered to replace it with the upgraded air10 which I recently received. From my initial contact to receiving my new unit was less than 1wk. That's honestly the BEST customer service I've received in a long time. In regards to the unit itself, there are a few easily noticed changes between the air3 and air10 models. First is the size and shape, the air10 is slightly bigger, but has a much more ergonomic curved shape along with a slightly larger bulb window. I found it more comfortable to hold for larger treatment areas like my legs and thighs than the air3. Another change is the light settings. With the air3, I found I had better results when used in glide mode and allowing 3 flashes before moving the unit, which significantly added time to using it. With the air10, multi-flash is built into the glide setting with the unit emitting 2 quick flashes per move. This definitely is a time saver while increasing the treatment strength. My FAVORITE new feature though is the SHR (stubborn hair removal) mode. SHR uses 4 quick flashes of differing intensity to treat areas with thicker, coaser, stubborn hair growth. My lower legs used to take about an hour with the air3 since multi-flash was not built in and I'd have to occasionally pause the treatment to allow the unit to cool down, with the air10, I completed both legs in 30 minutes using the SHR mode. Game changer! Overall I had great success with the air3 and my legs have about 97% reduction in hair with some some really stubborn small patches, but I can go a month or longer without shaving. My upper lip hairs (moustache area) have about 70% reduction, but I think that's do to them being finer hairs and there's still significant visual reduction. I love the air10 will save me a ton of time and I also noticed the unit didn't get uncomfortably warm when using like the air3 did so definitely have been some upgrades in the heat sink as well. Overall I highly recommend ulike IPL devices.

I purchased the ULIKE in 2024. I’ve had it for over a year now and it still works. You do have to be consistent in order to see results. I tried it on my leg and arm hairs and it worked pretty quick. I saw results in the first two weeks, it just minimized the amount of hairs growing back. Then I used it for my intimate areas and it also minimized the hair growth down there. It took about a month to see results for that but again you have to be consistent.( use it every other day or every two days) There is no pain. When you first turn it on and place it on your skin, it is cold but no pain. It is on the pricier side so if you have the funds I would say it’s worth it. It pays for itself in the long run instead of going to get it professionally done. It is bigger than I thought but I don’t mind it. It’s also quick to use and nothing hard to understand.

This device is extremely practical and efficient to use. It’s comfortable in the hand, it removes hair quickly and it’s made with quality material. My wife loved it and would absolutely recommend it.

I'm writing this review one year after buying my Ulike Air 10 device. Firstly, I'll say the product does what it says it will. I was hoping for at least a reduction in hair thickness and possibly slower growth. I thought that complete hair removal was probably not realistic for consumer grade device I'm happy to say that the areas I treated over the past year with this laser are nearly hairless now! At this point the hair in the treated areas grows so slowly and is so fine, if it grows at all, that even if I never treated those hairs with the laser again, I'd be happy. I was so pleased with the results of this device on the areas of my body that I initially bought it to treat, that I expanded to treat other areas (i.e. arm pits), because why not? The device is painless for the most part. If you're zapping an area that is extra sensitive (i.e. bikini area), the pain, at most is like a rubber-band snap. Or you can always dial back the intensity of the laser until you get a level that is painless. I usually went full intensity, except for the occasional areas that I needed to dial it from "super high" down to "high". The cooling feature on this device also works very well and makes zapping the hair very comfortable on the skin. I had laser hair removal at a salon for $150 per treatment years ago. I wish this device had existed then. It would have saved me hundreds of dollars. My Ulike Air 10 worked fantastically for most of the year I had it, but then started to have an issue where it would work for about 3-5 min like normal and then the laser would stop flashing. Ulike offers a 2 year warranty, and since I was within the warranty period, I reached out to customer service about my issue. They were AMAZING! They responded to my email within 24 hours. I explained my issue. They asked for a short video demonstrating the problem. When I submitted the video, THAT DAY they shipped a new device to me and emailed me a return label to send back the unit that was dying. Literally, the new device arrived the same day I sent back the old one, and this was 48 hours after I submitted my video of the problematic unit. I don't think I have every had any company respond so swiftly and resolve my issue so completely. The Ulike has been an invaluable tool in my beauty arsenal. Even though I had a unit that started to have problems after a year, it worked fantastically before it started to have a problem and the company resolved my issue completely with their generous warranty and excellent customer service. I looked at several models of at home hair removal devices before I decided to buy the Ulike. I'm so happy I chose this one. It was money well spend on a product that works well, made by a company with outstanding customer service. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Loving my Ulike. We had an issue with our first unit malfunctioning. 2 days after the 30 day Amazon return window. We contacted Ulike customer service, explained what was happening. No hesitation, they were on it. Immediately sent out a replacement. So far best customer service I have worked with. Thank you to Ulike. The device is great. The cooling window makes this so much more comfortable to use. It is the determing factor that swayed me to purchase. The auto fire function is great really helps to speed treatments up. ( the many reviews I read, you tube video reviews I watched also helped) Almost relaxing to use. And it is already, after a month (5 weeks) of consistant use, (consistency is key) making quite a difference. I have some thicker hairs that will take a bit longer to show results, but I have no doubt. I am using this everywhere! I do wish there was a smaller attachment for upper lip etc, but still doable as is. If they ever come out with that model I may have to buy another. I can't wait to see the final results. I'm hoping I can eliminate a few Gray hairs I have, it is not rated for grays, but if not still very very happy with everything else. Super easy to use and I can't recommend the air 10 enough.
