After been using it for a month, this hair removal device really work well for me. I have thin hair on my leg and I used for a month following the instruction comes with the device, I can see clearly the hair is growing slowly , even stopped using for the second month,I barely see any hair. It’s super easy to use, it cools while doing the laser on the skin which helps reduce pain. It’s easy to bring around, I travel with it so very convenient. I think this thing really saves time and money going to store do it, I can do it any time any where, and I can even give to my family friends after I don’t need it. Great product

I purchased the Air 10 in July. The device was very easy to use, though it was a bit shocking at first to be pulsed with a bright laser. Good thing they provided safety glasses! The treatments were painless and effective. After a month of use much of the targeted areas were hair-free. It was working great until September when the contact sensor started to fail. It would work if I turned it on while holding it against my skin; as soon as I moved it away it would stop working (which is correct) but then wouldn't work if I put it back against my skin (which is incorrect). After this it needed a full cold reset -- unplug power. I contacted Ulike customer service and they responded within a day. They asked me to try a few things, but also offered to send a replacement unit. The replacement arrived within a few days, and works great! They even provided a pre-paid label to return the faulty unit. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working as it should. Thank you Ulike for standing by your product!

Loving my Ulike. We had an issue with our first unit malfunctioning. 2 days after the 30 day Amazon return window. We contacted Ulike customer service, explained what was happening. No hesitation, they were on it. Immediately sent out a replacement. So far best customer service I have worked with. Thank you to Ulike. The device is great. The cooling window makes this so much more comfortable to use. It is the determing factor that swayed me to purchase. The auto fire function is great really helps to speed treatments up. ( the many reviews I read, you tube video reviews I watched also helped) Almost relaxing to use. And it is already, after a month (5 weeks) of consistant use, (consistency is key) making quite a difference. I have some thicker hairs that will take a bit longer to show results, but I have no doubt. I am using this everywhere! I do wish there was a smaller attachment for upper lip etc, but still doable as is. If they ever come out with that model I may have to buy another. I can't wait to see the final results. I'm hoping I can eliminate a few Gray hairs I have, it is not rated for grays, but if not still very very happy with everything else. Super easy to use and I can't recommend the air 10 enough.

I'm writing this review one year after buying my Ulike Air 10 device. Firstly, I'll say the product does what it says it will. I was hoping for at least a reduction in hair thickness and possibly slower growth. I thought that complete hair removal was probably not realistic for consumer grade device I'm happy to say that the areas I treated over the past year with this laser are nearly hairless now! At this point the hair in the treated areas grows so slowly and is so fine, if it grows at all, that even if I never treated those hairs with the laser again, I'd be happy. I was so pleased with the results of this device on the areas of my body that I initially bought it to treat, that I expanded to treat other areas (i.e. arm pits), because why not? The device is painless for the most part. If you're zapping an area that is extra sensitive (i.e. bikini area), the pain, at most is like a rubber-band snap. Or you can always dial back the intensity of the laser until you get a level that is painless. I usually went full intensity, except for the occasional areas that I needed to dial it from "super high" down to "high". The cooling feature on this device also works very well and makes zapping the hair very comfortable on the skin. I had laser hair removal at a salon for $150 per treatment years ago. I wish this device had existed then. It would have saved me hundreds of dollars. My Ulike Air 10 worked fantastically for most of the year I had it, but then started to have an issue where it would work for about 3-5 min like normal and then the laser would stop flashing. Ulike offers a 2 year warranty, and since I was within the warranty period, I reached out to customer service about my issue. They were AMAZING! They responded to my email within 24 hours. I explained my issue. They asked for a short video demonstrating the problem. When I submitted the video, THAT DAY they shipped a new device to me and emailed me a return label to send back the unit that was dying. Literally, the new device arrived the same day I sent back the old one, and this was 48 hours after I submitted my video of the problematic unit. I don't think I have every had any company respond so swiftly and resolve my issue so completely. The Ulike has been an invaluable tool in my beauty arsenal. Even though I had a unit that started to have problems after a year, it worked fantastically before it started to have a problem and the company resolved my issue completely with their generous warranty and excellent customer service. I looked at several models of at home hair removal devices before I decided to buy the Ulike. I'm so happy I chose this one. It was money well spend on a product that works well, made by a company with outstanding customer service. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the ULIKE in 2024. I’ve had it for over a year now and it still works. You do have to be consistent in order to see results. I tried it on my leg and arm hairs and it worked pretty quick. I saw results in the first two weeks, it just minimized the amount of hairs growing back. Then I used it for my intimate areas and it also minimized the hair growth down there. It took about a month to see results for that but again you have to be consistent.( use it every other day or every two days) There is no pain. When you first turn it on and place it on your skin, it is cold but no pain. It is on the pricier side so if you have the funds I would say it’s worth it. It pays for itself in the long run instead of going to get it professionally done. It is bigger than I thought but I don’t mind it. It’s also quick to use and nothing hard to understand.

This device is extremely practical and efficient to use. It’s comfortable in the hand, it removes hair quickly and it’s made with quality material. My wife loved it and would absolutely recommend it.

i've used razor blades for about a decade+ for my arms and underarms every shower. every 2 days, hair just sticks out and makes me super self-conscious, so i hide it with long sleeves even in the summer. say that i buy those expensive packs of razor blades ($50~60AUD) every 8 months. that'd mean i have bought up to at LEAST $750~900AUD worth of razor blade cartridges since i started shaving. not to account the prices that go up and down! with this purchase, im making sure that i dont need those anymore! i have been using this on my arm and underarm since the 18th of august, in a routine of using it every 2 days. 1 month later as to writing this (23rd of september), i just noticed that there hasnt been any noticeable growth!! im excited about the results! i'll move on to using this on my legs soon, and i can't wait! at first, it hurt using it in certain areas like the back of my hand or lower parts of my underarm.. even in normal mode. however nowadays, i consistently use SHR (super hair removal) for my underarms. back of the hand still hurts, but i definitely got used to it! lightly flick your finger onto the back of your hand, that's how it feels. it just seems like it hurts more because of the intense flash of light it works just as intended and gets results in just as promised! i hate my body hair, so this purchase is the best i've ever done. MAKE SURE TO WEAR THE INCLUDED GLASSES!!

Ulike IPL Hair Removal Device for Women and Men, Safe for Use from Home, Purple I received a previous version of the Ulike hair removal system a while ago, and have found it extremely effective for me. I was telling my sister how good I found it and so when offered the latest model I jumped at the chance. As me and my sister don't live very close to each other its not really practical to share mine. This is a really comprehensive machine and very simple to use. The set comes in really lovely packaging with a strong smart looking storage box, all the necessary cables, protective glasses, small razer and instructions. It can be used on the arms, legs, tummy, back, under arms and bikini area. It has lots of different settings to suit various skin sensitivities, these include: fast, normal, high and SHR modes. The machines work best on lighter skin shades and are not recommended for darker tones. They work best at removing darker hair and are not recommended for blond or grey hair. After use its a good idea to moisturise your skin. It is best to give a quick shave of the area you intend to treat the day before as you need a tiny bit of hair remaining. Having one of these machines is perfect for home use as you can use it every few days to start with, without the problem of having to book an appointment at a salon. Even though the initial outlay is high, it can actually work out cheaper in the long run, especially if sharing it with others in your household. My daughter has a couple of friends round and they have a chat and a beauty session once a week. The machine is pain free and works best if you use it more frequently to start with but you can reduce the sessions after just a few weeks. I really lovely machine which I highly recommend.

This came very well presented in retail packaging. Upon opening the box, the contents sit snuggly in their own little resting place and includes instructions. The machine itself looks very professional and is easy to hold and easy to navigate. I absolutely love that it automatically detects skin tone and adjusts accordingly. It is suitable for most skin tones and hair colours, but there is a handy guide to educate about this, so no need to spend ages researching the net. This is able to be used all over the body, and if used consistently results can be seen very quickly, which is absolutely fantastic! Just in time for summer! The coverage is much larger on this unit than I expected it to be, and I like the dual lights, meaning you get to blast those unwanted hairs sooner rather than later! That said, neither the unit nor the light pulse have overheated, even when my daughter did her lower legs. There are different modes to choose from depending where on the body you wish to treat and your own skin sensitivity. Again, details about this are clearly explained in the instructions. I have tried it on my underarms and have not experienced any discomfort or soreness afterwards. It is still early days for me, as it was only delivered last week, but so far, I am very impressed with the unit itself and what I am seeing and experiencing. I realise the price is very high at £499, but it offers convenience and saves time. I can’t personally get out to the salon, so this is ideal for me! Very pleased and happy to recommend it. It’s 5 stars from me!
