I ordered this product to help me with a digestive issue. I prepare it a bit differently than recommended on the label. I boil 4 oz of water and add 2 scoops into the hot water, stirring constantly to avoid clumping. In less than a minute, the products starts to gel. I add a teaspoon of raw honey for taste and additional healing. Then I consume the mixture on an empty stomach, spoon by spoon. The gel coats your throat and inner lining of the digestive system. Sometimes I put a cup with the gel on my nightstand and consume it during the night, when I wake up with a dry mouth. I also use the gel on my face as a face mask. It is very soothing. This is a good product.

Thankful to have found this product! I was looking for a natural remedy to assist with my acid reflux and digestive issues. It adds a soothing texture and flavor to any beverage and works instantly! I have relief in my throat and stomach and a little bit goes a long way! The price is great compared to other antacids and I appreciate how clean the slippery elm bark is because of its simple natural ingredients. It is relatively tasteless and odorless and I prefer a warm beverage like a tea first thing in the morning.

I’ve tried tincture, tea, and pill form, but so far I prefer powder. Slippery elm has a light sweet taste and pairs well in with morning coffee or hot tea. I use this when my throat gets scratchy, or as a natural diarrhetic. The product looks good, I haven’t seen any other weird foreign objects. It tastes like slippery elm should and does what the herbal archives say it does. The scooper is a thoughtful touch but I’d be more impressed if it was biodegrade plastic. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a measuring spoon.

This is my third try on slippery elm and was the best by far! It was exactly what I wanted! Love the measuring spoon it came with. Works on my delicate stomach! I can’t start the day with out it!I love the thickness and consistency! I will definitely buy this one again!

Company has ZERO care for their customers! I sent an email directly to seller on May 5th, as of May 29th ZERO response. Wixar naturals company clearly does not care about its customers enough to even answer a simple email. I had a bad experience with their product and needed help. NONE was given. I would not recommend this company. They want to take your money and have zero care for any health concerns or repercussions from taking their faulty product. Purchase from any regular store and they honor returns if you had a poor experience with their product. This company Wixar naturals clearly wants to take your money and that’s it. I got really sick from taking their product, I highly question their sourcing and product management. I suggest any health conscious fellow consumers do the same! I was reluctant on buying this as there were no reviews, but I took the chance.I'm so glad I did. This is the real stuff. I've bought so many slippery elm products in pills, liquid and powder but this is by far the best.First thing I did was test it to see if it gelled in hot water and it sure did. The first slippery elm that has done that.I've been taking it for 3 days now and it gas helped my throat, lungs and stomach.I take it 3 times a day, a couple hours before a meal or after, depending on the time of day. I add a teaspoon of honey to it and sip like a tea. The taste is very mild and actually soothing.As long as this seller doesn't change their product, I'll continue to stick with this brand.I am so, so happy I went for this one. This is REAL slippery elm.
