Love this kit!!!!! I didn't want the type with a long wire connecting them all together, JUST TOO awkard!! These work perfectly, take one out and you can fit it in very small spaces, w.o. 15 or 20 others wanting to get in there and see what's going on. Just do not drop it and LOSE it (Just like anything else !) BUT, all the sizes male & female are there, each one labeled as to size & thread, each (M & F in each piece). Very handy!! Used them quite a bit allready!!

I am greatly pleased with this bolt and thread gauge set. It is easy to use and I have found it to be accurate. I particularly like the variety of sizes of both standard and metric threads. So far, I have not found a nut or bolt in my 50+ years of collection that I have not been able to identify. But I do have well over a couple thousand more pieces to go. The only negative that I can see (other reviewers have said similar) is that the size markings on the rubber matting will likely wear off with time or if you get WD-40 or similar on the mat. But the sizes are listed on the inside cover on paper so you won't get lost in identifying. Overall, I am greatly pleased with this set and recommend it if you need a thread gauge. It's price-point is well below other products with less variety of gauges. I wanted a US made set but the pricing and lack of variety was a negative.

- Love the fact that you can pull these out separately and bring them to a stud or threaded hole (Something a gauge board can't do - Lots of variety and sizes, haven't come across anything that's not included yet - Accurate, so far they are accurate and machine well, used one to determine what lug nuts to buy - The case is nice and good construction easy to carry and keeps them organized - Definitely handy and needed for checking nuts, bolts, and HOLES instead of trying to reuse a rusted piece or scratch your head at the hardware store and spend 10-15min comparing the original Would recommend 10 out of 10

Durability, organization, material quality.

This was a purchase I should have made years ago, This was money well spent.... There is virtually nothing made today that does not have a combination of SAE and Metric bolts/nuts. So many times in the past you didn't know unless you took the bolt/nut or part with you to the store to use their thread gage. Save time and money buy this set, STOP wasting time. color coated, easy to read, no guess work MONEY WELL SPENT

The gauges look nice. The size markings in the case and on the gauges are easy to read. The individual gauges fit snuggly in a foam type of material and won't fall out. The case is solid plastic with good closures for secure transport and storage. So why four star? The problem is that the individual gauges can drop down into the foam until they are flush or slightly below the surface making it extremely difficult to remove the gauge without something like needle nose pliers. Accuracy? I guess they are accurate, but unless you test each piece how would you know?

I purchased these to check the sizes of a coffee Can and a 1/2 full of loose nuts and bolts I have they worked very well.

Find the right size fast and easy. I like the separate parts so you can use the individual pieces on your car to size a bolt.

Have a ton of nuts and bolts, and this makes it so easy to know exactly what size and thread pitch each one is. Handy too, for finding a matching fastener for an unknown thread on a car, lawn mower, etc. Unlike some similar sets available on Amazon, these are made of steel and not aluminum, the latter being easy to ruin by cross-threading the incorrect fastener. Comes in a secure case with a steel cable lanyard, which I won't use, but some might find useful. Very happy with this purchase.

Every day usage

Very limited, too many gaps in the gauges, the first thread I tried to gauge failed so for me it was a waste of money, personally I wouldn't recommend it for that price 👎 PS Nice case though.
