This waffle and pancake mix is so easy to make. I used the mini waffle maker I bought at Amazon as you can see on the picture. The greatest thing about the mix is that it only takes three ingredients. I coated the mini waffle maker with olive oil spray. I made the mix and poured it on the waffle maker. Then I turned over. Done! These are not crispy, they come out soft and fluffy. They are so tasty I eat them without any topping. I love them.

Krusteaz Light & Fluffy Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix has officially ruined me—I can’t go back to any other mix. Just add water, and suddenly, I’m a breakfast champion, flipping the fluffiest pancakes like I’m on a cooking show. The buttermilk flavor is so good, I almost convinced myself I made them from scratch (I did not). Perfect for lazy mornings, breakfast-for-dinner, or impressing people with minimal effort. 10/10, would happily eat my weight in these.
