Very poor communication
I have finally received my order, 5 days late, and with no responses to any of my three messages. It looks fine and seems to work ok, but I’ve not tested it on a real job, partly as the item comes with a European plug…Fingers crossed I don’t have to return it. IMHO. Find another merchant.Update 2 days later. Aside from the issues above the tool itself works perfectly.
