Musicians are always in search of the perfect stand light. This just might be it. It has 5 levels of light. You can change the color temperature of the light. It lights up the entire music stand very well. Love that the battery is rechargeable. It folds up compactly and fits nicely into a carrying bag. It's the best music stand light I've had. For the money it's a great buy. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this light that clips securely to my music stand that helps me see much better. I can now stop turning on additional house lights. Such a great product with 5 adjustable light levels, charger, and beautiful carry bag included.

Here's what I like about this compared to the "classic" Manhasset stand light (https://www.amazon.com/Manhasset-1000-School-Music-Stand/dp/B0002E56EY): 1. Its gooseneck lets you put the light farther away from the stand. The classic stand light sits only 7cm-ish from the music, so it lights the top of the page much more than bottom part. 2. Its light bar is somewhat wider, so, again, it lights the page more evenly. 3. Being LED, it generates less wasted heat -- that much less heating the room (playing an instrument can be strenuous!). 4. Lots of lighting options -- various brightnesses and white balance settings. 5. It's lightweight and portable, and battery powered, so, you can easily take it to a gig, and you won't necessarily need to find a power outlet for it. 6. It folds into a pretty small package; it might even fit into your instrument case! On the downside, it *may* be less durable, but at least it doesn't have a breakable glass light bulb. Plus, it’s pretty reasonably-priced, in the event you should need to replace it.

This lamp is used on my piano keyboard, it is perfect! I love that it's rechargeable since I don't like wires. Seems built well. It has many settings. It's a very good buy. I am very happy with this product.

I have a smaller version by the same company but prefer this one. The smaller one is great for reading. This larger one is perfect for music and really helps when overhead lighting is poor. The light comes with a USB charger cable. The light neck is flexible and easy to position where you want it. It also folds down nice and compact. Friends want to borrow it. It would make a great gift. I use it every day. It really is perfect.

This lamp casts a good even light that fully illuminates two pages of sheet music. It is not great for three pages, but you could get away with it in a pinch, though there is some fall off out toward the sides. The lamp has 5 brightness settings. I find the 3rd/middle setting to be sufficient much of the time. It is nice to have brighter settings when I want them. The light switch hs a memory function so you don't have to scroll through the settings from dimmest to the brightness you want every time. However, for the memory to fix on a setting the light needs to remain on for a certain period of time, the amount of time which I have yet t figure out. It is more than few minutes. So if I turn it on, set my brightness level, and soon try to turn off the light, the lamp will first cycle through the remaining brightness options before turning off. And then when I turn it on again it will be at the dimmest setting, and I will have to cycle through to my preferred setting. If on the other hand I leave it on for a while, like when playing music, and turn it off 20 or 30 or more (or less?) minutes later, it will simply turn off, and turn on next time at the same setting I last used. So that is a little awkward sometimes. The lamp offers three colors of light: warm/yellow, sort of neutral, and cool/bluer. You change them by pressing and holding the power button for a couple seconds. I like this feature, and generally opt for the coolest as it affords better clarity/definition. The lamp has a separate, tiny, button to check the battery level, indicated by four tiny blue LEDs. That is handy! Battery life seems pretty good, though I haven't kept a record of my use to give an accurate assessment. The clamp works fine. It holds firmly to my music stand. And the goose neck is sturdy. The build quality is OK. Which is to say it all works fine and does what it should, but some parts of it don't feel very robust. For the price this a very nice lamp. I like the quality of the light it casts, and it is plenty bright when needed. The brightness setting is a little quirky but it is not a big deal.

Very nice light that will light across the music stand. Sturdy clamp to attach to music stand. Bright enough to make reading easy. Quick to recharge. Multiple brightness settings including warm light for nite time.

I love this light! It's so adjustable. I use it on my music stand for my electric keyboard. It has a fairly wide illumination pattern but if you often have more than 3 8x11 sheets of music side by side you might need another light. I keep mine plugged in all the time but I took it to church to use during our candlelight service and it stayed bright for over an hour--don't know how long the charge might actually last but I was very pleased. The lighted part also folds together and the adjustable neck makes it easy to transport. The clip is very sturdy and secure-- I never feel like the light is going to fall off. I have enjoyed this light so much that I bought one for my hard-to-buy-for guitar playing husband for Christmas and he likes it, too. The amount of light emitted by this light is 100% better than the "bunny ear" clip on lights we have been using.

An excellent and well-designed music light with a flexible gooseneck and two-part adjustable fold-out light that can be used plugged in, or charged-up and untethered for on-the-go use for up to 60 hours. It can stand on its own or be clipped to a music stand, and the five brightness levels, along with three light colour options including an easy-on-the eyes 'warm' setting, should cover any situation. I was looking at more basic models, but glad I stepped up (just a bit) to this one. Excellent value for the price, and it looks well-made so it should last. Very happy!
