Good product
Mixes perfectly with a stick blender. Creamy texture .definitely ordering again

Pure skimmed milk with no additives
We are using now this milk in the kichenette to stop binning fresh milk. I have now placed the 3rd order and it makes sense buying the largest tub because the price becomes competitive vs store's "whiteners" which are not pure milk. It is just pure skimmed milk with all its protein and no added chemicals or sugar, so a healthy alternative. Regarding lumps, there has been a learning curve. For us the best way to minimise them are shaking regularly the storage pot that we use and avouding to pour it on ultra hot drinks. If your tea/coffee has come down to 80C which is still hot enough, and the milk powder us shaked, there are almost no lumps.

Not good - do not recommend.
Product does not dissolve well - even when mixed using electric whisk, there are still clumps. Packaging is difficult to open - the plastic lid hurts fingers to open as it is so tough but the edges are almost sharp.

Perfect for Breadmaking
I bought this skimmed milk powder to use in my breadmaker. It's perfect for that purpose. I haven't used it for anything else, but if I do I will update my review.
