I have been having this either morning or at night, once a day. I had dark spots those are quite dark, however I have been getting a complement for my skin recently and realized that those dark spot is a little faded so it's not as obvious. I done use any water, but just directly taking it. It tastes pretty good and my skin is somewhat brighter than before for sure. I would recommend it to try for people bothered by dark spots.

I’ve been taking these a few months now. My skin does look brighter & my pores don’t look as large. I think this is a great addition to skin health along with great skincare regimen.
