Dont know why they are not in Mumbai Stores.Asian paints have monopoly here, but dulux is better.Loved the consistency, shine and color.Its just a shade lighter than blue sticky tape.. perfect sky blue (aqua blue).I just used rollerDries quickly, and value for 💰 Money
