Very good quality, feel and taste.
Only used it twice but so far seems solid. I have been using gluten free flour for a while now and this one is not the best one in the world but it’s still very soft and gets the job done. Taste is nice which is important, and the feel is not too hard like other ones. I used some xantham gum and it was good enough to stretch it. Definitely the best one so far in the UK.

Bob Red Mills gluten free flour - pricey
Love this! But I had to ask my husband to pick up a few larger sizes in Toronto Canada where it's much cheaper!!! It's too expensive here in the UK hence 4 star.

Works just like normal flour for my recipes.
Arrived quickly and as described. I made a few gluten free cake recipes combining the flour with ground almond and performed just like normal flour for the recipes I used.

Ive never used this product before so wasn't sure what to expect but figured since our flour over here isn't super high protein id see if that is why my sourdough weren't rising huge ,. . I gotta say this was the only change I made to my recipe and the dough was so much easier and smoother and extensible. Will be using it from now on.

Bob's Red Mill is always a go-to-brand. Their coconut flour is very fine which makes it incorporate really well in any batter. It was well sealed and the bag can be resealed seamlessly. It stores very well if kept in a cool and dry place. I usually use it for low-carb or keto cooking since it does provide structure to the baked good.

Since I bake whole grain breads, I use Bob’s Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour as an ingredient to condition the dough for improved texture and lightness. It does not have any effect on the bread’s carb count because only a teaspoon of vital wheat gluten is used in a loaf of bread. The 20 oz. pkg. is a value for the money because it will last for quite a while. The package easily seals well to keep it fresh and dry.
